Quality Grading of Coordinate Gas Cutting Machine

This standard specifies the evaluation principles of the quality grade of coordinate gas cutting machines and their accessories and the sampling methods for product quality supervision and inspection or product quality evaluation (ratio). It is the basis for determining the product quality grade and product quality (including design quality and manufacturing quality) level of coordinate gas cutting machines and their accessories.
This standard applies to the quality grading of coordinate gas cutting machines (fixed straight-type gas cutting machines, photoelectric tracking gas cutting machines and CNC gas cutting machines).
2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. 3 Quality Grade
Coordinate gas cutting machine and its accessories are divided into three grades: qualified products, first-class products and superior products according to quality level and use value. 3.1 Qualified products
3.1.1 Product quality should be able to meet the requirements of JB/T5102. 3.1.2 Accessories and accessories should be able to ensure that the quality of coordinate gas cutting machine reaches the level of qualified products. 3.1.3 The quality of product production process is stable.
3.1.4 Users evaluate that the product can meet the use requirements. 3.1.5 The satisfaction degree is not less than 60 points.
3.2 First-class products
3.2.1 The product quality has been improved to a certain extent on the basis of qualified products, reaching the better level of similar products in the world, that is, it is no more than 5 years behind the contemporary advanced level of industrial developed countries. 3.2.2 Accessories and supporting products can ensure that the host reaches the level of first-class products. 3.2.3 The quality of the product production process is stable.
3.2.4 Users evaluate that the product has good use effect and the product is competitive in the domestic market. 3.2.5 The satisfaction is not less than 75 points.
3.3 Superior products
3.3.1 The product quality has been greatly improved on the basis of qualified products, reaching the contemporary advanced level of similar products in the world, that is, it is synchronized with or ahead of industrial developed countries.
3.3.2 The accessories and supporting products can ensure that the main machine reaches the level of superior products. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on March 30, 2000, implemented on October 1, 2000
3.3.3 The quality of the product production process is stable.

3.3.4 Users evaluate that the product quality is equivalent to the advanced level of similar international products, and the product is competitive in the international market. 3.3.5 The satisfaction is not less than 90 points.
4 Quality indicators and satisfaction
This chapter lists the technical and economic indicators corresponding to the satisfaction of 60, 80, and 100 points. The satisfaction corresponding to other data should be obtained by interpolation in proportion. See Table 1 for inspection items and weighting coefficients. Table 1

5.5 The shape and appearance requirements of the coordinate gas cutting machine should be scored from the relationship between the overall product and people, whether it is smart and simple, whether the layout is reasonable, the degree of refinement of accessories, and the quality of exposed surfaces. 5.6 The completeness (matching) of the coordinate gas cutting machine refers to the functions (including options) that can be provided to ensure the production needs of the product; it can be scored based on the completeness, standardization, and advancement of supporting equipment and auxiliary equipment. 6 Sampling method
6.1 The sampling of 42 (product technical level and user evaluation) and 4.3 (assembly quality) of the coordinate gas cutting machine product quality grading inspection is calculated from the sampling date, and the products in service are randomly selected from 1 year. The remaining items are not subject to time restrictions. Each indicator should meet the requirements and the sampling base of satisfaction should be no less than five units (if the base is insufficient, the sampling period can be reversed to five units). 6.2 If the product fails the inspection, the sample size will be doubled and re-inspected after one quarter.
