ICS.29.035.01 National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 5591. 1—2002 Replace GB/5551.1--158 Flexible composite materials for electrical insulation Part 1: Definitions and general requirements Comblned flexible materials far electrical insulation-Part +Definitions and general requirements(IEC 60626-1:1995,MOD) 2002-05-21 Issued People's Republic of China General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine 2003-01-01 Implementation GB 5591 Flexible composite materials for electrical insulation is divided into two parts, Part 1: Definitions and general requirements! Part 2: Test methods This part is the former Part 1 of GB GD/T5591.1-2Q02 The production part adopts IEC60626-1:1 Flexible composite materials for electrical insulation Part 1, definitions and general requirements (UK version) including its revised version TEC6Gi2h-1-Amc1:19s6. This part is redrafted based on IEC60626-1:995, and the contents of its amendments have been included in the text and in the contents to which they relate. The blank spaces on both sides of the paragraph are marked with double lines. The Appendix lists the correspondence between the chapter and article numbers of this part and the chapter and article numbers of 60625-1:1935. For ease of use, the following auxiliary editorial amendments have been made to this part of 1FC50631-1:1995: a) The front and back references of 1EC60526-1:1995 have been deleted. b) The typographical error "\cottoc.orviscDse" in the naming example of 1FC50626-1:1995 has been corrected to "\cclluoxt" according to the content of Table 1. This part replaces the definition and requirement 3 of electrical composite materials of C/T559-1-1935. Compared with GB/T%51.1-1985, the main changes of this part are as follows: a) The text structure has changed, and three chapters of "Specification", "Normative Reference Documents" and "Name" have been added. In addition to "Inspection", the two chapters of "Packaging" and "Labeling and Transportation" have been combined into one chapter of "Supply Parts". b) The specific extension conditions of the product are no longer specified, and the relevant contents are replaced by single material specifications. This part was submitted by the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, and this part was drafted by the China National Technical Committee for Standardization of Materials (CSBTSTCSI). This part was drafted by the Institute of Science and Technology of China and the No. 1 Insulation Material Factory. The main author of this part is Taquan, Shimei. This part was first issued on November 2, 1985, and this part is the first time to be subscribed. - GR/T 5591.12002 This part of G/T5591 is one of the standards for soft composite loose particles. Soft composite materials are made of one or more kinds of non-iron additives, including five-material films and/or fibrous materials such as paper with or without insulation, textiles or non-textiles with or without insulation. 1 Scope Soft composite materials for electrical insulation Part 1: Definitions and general requirements GB/T 5591.1—2002 This part of GH standard 5591 contains definitions and general requirements related to flexible composite materials for electrical insulation and their application. This part does not include materials with cloud paper as the base: 2 Normative application documents The provisions in the following documents become the parent version of this part through reference in this standard B559. For all the referenced documents, all subsequent amendments (without error) are not applicable to this part. However, the latest version of the following documents may be used according to the agreement reached between the parties. For all the referenced documents with no date, the latest version applies to the wood part. IF: 60626-31 8 Flexible composite materials for electrical insulation Part 3: Specification for single-layer materials 3 Nomenclature Various types of flexible composite insulation materials can be named by an appropriate combination of letters separated by hyphens to indicate the type of their main components. For example, F-P1, CG. The materials of the whole belt are listed in Table 1. The specific characteristics of each composite material (two or three layers, base material, properties of the diffuser and adhesive, etc.) can be indicated by adding this information after the name code listed in Table 1. Nomenclature example: P-PET/F-PET indicates a composite material composed of a layer of styrene or a thin film of polyethylene terephthalate and a film made of polyethylene terephthalate: In some cases, it may be useful to identify the following specific characteristics: Absorbent Longitudinal Embossed Removable Positive gloss Reinforced Embossed Unframed Note: This list is for guidance only and is not limited to this. Its surface shall be uniform, smooth and free of defects such as air holes, cracks and cracks. 2 5.2 Composite materials supplied in rolls shall be able to be unrolled without loss of performance. 5.3 The composite materials shall be free of conductive particles and other undesirable impurities. 5.4 The materials supplied in sheets cut to a fixed length shall not be curled. CB/T5591.12002 Performance: After being combined, the material will only show deformation related to storage time and temperature. The sheets formed by rolling such materials may take considerable time to eliminate the curvature. 6 Dimensions The length and length deviation shall be determined in accordance with the IEC60263 single material specifications. Other dimensions and deviations shall be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer. 7. Change of head For the coiled material, the number of joints allowed, the details of the joints and the total markings shall be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer. 8. Supply conditions The coiled material shall be rolled on a paper cabinet or other suitable tube core. The inner weight of the tube core shall be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer. The preferred diameter is 55mm.7Gm,or 150nm sheet skins are supplied. The material should be packed in packaging to ensure adequate protection of the material during transportation, handling and storage. The following information should be clearly and permanently marked on each unit package and each package containing the unit package: ) Production standard number: b) Model name named in Chapter 2: ) For materials supplied in batches: 1) For materials supplied in sheets, the size and number of sheets or weight (weight) of each sheet: e) The standard length of the material E) The number of rolls in each large package; production period 1) The relevant joint conditions of the requirements of the T1C606263 single material specification. Any special supply conditions, such as requirements for the applicable period, will exceed the provisions of the T1C60626-3 single material specification.
