Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T5113-1991 Intermittent Sprayer Published on May 18, 1991 Technical Conditions Implemented on January 1, 1992 Published by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Intermittent Sprayer 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application Technical Conditions JB/T5113-1991 This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of handheld micro hydraulic sprayers (hereinafter referred to as sprayers) that use piston manual pumps and conical mist nozzles for intermittent spraying. This standard applies to intermittent sprayers for sanitary insecticide and disinfection and sterilization, and intermittent sprayers for other purposes should also be implemented as a reference. 2 Reference standards GB6959 GB2828 3 Technical requirements Terms and terms of plant protection machinerybZxz.net Batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to inspection of continuous batches) Packaging, storage and transportation graphic signs 3.1 Sprayers should comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The recommended total capacity of the sprayer liquid bottle is 100~1000mL. 3.3 The diameter of the sprayer spray hole shall not exceed 0.45mm. During normal spraying, the spray volume shall not exceed 0.75mL at a time. 3.4 The spray angle of the sprayer during normal spraying shall not be less than 30°. 3.5 The residual liquid in the sprayer liquid bottle shall not exceed 5mL. 3.6 The sprayer shall be equipped with a filter with a mesh diameter smaller than the spray hole diameter. 3.7 After the sprayer is assembled, the trigger should be flexible, reset smoothly without jamming, and there should be no looseness between the parts. The appearance of the sprayer should be smooth and uniform in color, and there should be no obvious defects that affect the appearance quality, such as slag inclusions, cracks, depressions, shrinkage and flash. 3.8 3.9 Sealing performance of the sprayer When the sprayer is filled with test liquid and placed horizontally, there should be no leakage. 3.9.2 When the sprayer is spraying normally, there should be no leakage at the sealing parts. 3.10 Performance of the sprayer 3.10.1 When the sprayer pipe (spraying parts and water suction pipe) is drained of test liquid, it is placed in a liquid bottle filled with test liquid, and the number of times the trigger is pulled to spray should not exceed 10 times. 3.10.2 When the sprayer completes the performance test in 3.10.1, it is left to stand for 24 hours, and the number of times the trigger is pulled to spray again should not exceed 3 times. 3.11 Spray performance of sprayer 3.11.1 When the sprayer sprays normally, the mist flow should be evenly distributed, without obvious beams and coarse droplets, and there should be no accumulation of droplets at the nozzle to form dripping liquid. 3.11.2 When the sprayer sprays normally, the droplet spectrum width is 20~150μm, and the droplet volume median diameter range should comply with the provisions of the following table. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 18, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992 Spray hole diameter mm > 0.3~0.45 JB/T5113-1991 3.12 The spray range of the sprayer during normal spraying shall meet the following requirements: median diameter of droplet volume μm ≤ 70 3.12.1 Mist range: The mist range with 10 droplets per square centimeter shall not be less than 1.3m. 3.12.2 Linear range: The linear range with the farthest droplet reaching distance shall not be less than 4m. 3.13 Reliable performance of the sprayer: Under normal use, the sprayer shall be pulled 80×103 times without damage or leakage. 3.14 Strength of sprayer liquid bottle: When a plastic liquid bottle is filled with clean water and falls freely from a height of 1m onto a cement floor at room temperature of 20±5℃ for two consecutive times, the liquid bottle shall not break or leak. 5 The plastic and rubber seals used in the sprayer shall be able to be used normally after the liquid corrosion resistance test. 3.15 4 Inspection rules 4.1 The sprayer leaving the factory must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer, and be accompanied by a quality certificate and instruction manual. 4.2 The inspection of the product before leaving the factory shall be carried out by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with Articles 3.6~3.12.1. 4.3 For new products, products transferred to other factories, re-production after discontinuation of production, or major changes in design, process, and materials, the product shall be subject to type inspection, and the inspection items shall be fully carried out in accordance with the technical requirements of this standard. 4.4 For products produced in batches, the manufacturer shall conduct a random inspection once a month, and the inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Articles 3.6~3.12.1. The number of products to be sampled shall not be less than 5 units. 4.5 The quality of the products sampled by the ordering unit shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB2828, and the sampling plan shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 5.1 The sprayer shall have the model, name and manufacturer's name and other marks. 5.2 When the sprayer leaves the factory, it shall be accompanied by a product inspection certificate and instruction manual. 5.3 The packaging box shall clearly indicate: a. Product name, model or registered trademark; b. Quantity; c. Manufacturer's name; d: Date of manufacture; e. Overall dimensions length × width × height, mm; f. Gross weight, kg. 5.4 The packaging and transportation indication marks shall be selected and marked in accordance with the provisions of GB191. When the user unit requires the sprayer to be packed with spray liquid before leaving the factory, the packaging box requirements shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5.5 The product should not be dropped or bumped during transportation. 5.6 The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse and should not be piled in the open air.
