Level 1: Similar; Level 2: Slightly discolored; Level 3: Discolored. 6 Test plan 6.1 Product batch: A unit product completed by a single machine or unit at one time is a batch. 6.2 Products shall be sampled according to the method of GB3186. The samples shall be divided into two parts, one of which shall be sealed for reference and the other for inspection. 6.3 Determination of unqualified batches: Each batch of products shall be sampled and inspected according to GB3186. If one or more technical indicators are unqualified, the batch of products shall be unqualified. QB/T2023--1994 6.4 The inspection department of the manufacturer shall inspect the products according to the provisions of this standard and ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the technical indicators of this standard; the products shall have a certificate of conformity and, if necessary, instructions for use and precautions. 6.5 The consignee shall have the right to inspect the products according to the provisions of this standard. If it is found that the product quality does not meet the technical indicators of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and inspect according to GB3186; if it still does not meet the technical indicators of this standard, the batch of products shall be unqualified and the consignee shall have the right to return the products. 6.6 The supply and demand parties shall check and verify the packaging and quantity of the products. If the packaging is found to be leaking or the quantity is out of stock, the relevant departments shall be notified in a timely manner. 6.7 When a dispute arises between the supply and demand parties over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall conduct arbitration inspection. 6.8 Inspection classification 6.8.1 The four quality indicators of color, viscosity, fluidity and fineness of this product are factory inspection items. 6.8.2 The four performance indicators of fixation speed, tinting strength, gloss and stability of this product are type inspection items. Type inspection should be carried out in the following situations. Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; when there are major changes in structure, materials and processes that may affect product performance; normal production, the type inspection cycle is once every three months; long-term suspension, when resuming production, type inspection should be carried out. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage Offset metal ink is packed in iron boxes and then packed in outer packaging boxes. The iron box should be labeled with the manufacturer's name, factory address, product name, model, standard number, weight, batch number and manufacturing date. 7.2 The outer packaging should be printed with the trademark, manufacturer's name, product name, model, quantity, weight, date of manufacture and a sign that it should not be inverted. 7.4 The product shall not be stored in the open air. The warehouse must be dry and ventilated to prevent moisture and stay away from fire. 7.5 This product can be transported by vehicles, ships, airplanes and other means of transportation if it meets the packaging requirements of Article 7.1. 7.6 During transportation and loading and unloading, it shall not be thrown, dropped or collided to prevent the packaging from being damaged and the ink from spilling. 7.7 This product is valid for one year from the date of manufacture.
