In each batch of products, a specified number of samples shall be taken for physical and mechanical property inspection, but not less than once a month. 6.4 The fatigue life and outer circumference change rate tests for W50 type belts of the same material shall be conducted once every six months. 275 GB/T 15327-94 6.5 If two of the test items such as physical and mechanical properties and fatigue tests are unqualified, double samples shall be taken from the batch of products for retesting the unqualified items. If one of the two retest results still does not meet the requirements, the batch or the products of the period shall be unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Each belt shall have obvious marks that cannot be washed off, including the following: a. b. Manufacturer name or trademark, c. Product grade, d. Year and month of manufacture. 7.2 The belts shall be bundled and packed according to the model and specification. 7.3 During transportation and storage, the belts shall be kept away from direct sunlight or rain and snow, kept clean, and prevented from contact with substances that affect the quality of the belts, such as acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents, and mechanical damage and kept 1m away from the heating device. 7.4 During storage, the warehouse temperature should be kept between -18 and +40℃, and the relative humidity should be kept between 50% and 80%. During storage, the belts should be prevented from being deformed by excessive weight. It is best to hang the belts on a crescent-shaped rack or place them flat on the shelf.
