Compared with JB/T51219.1~51219.394, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: - Added the content of product quality classification of complete sets of graded flour processing equipment; - Deleted the index requirements for the axial movement of the fast roller of the mill; - Modified the hardness of the roller body of the mill; - Modified some performance indicators of complete sets of equipment for processing standard flour; - Modified the expression of some clauses of the original standard. This standard replaces JB/T51219.1-51219.394 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Agricultural Machinery Standardization. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Shandong Agricultural Machinery Science Research Institute. The participating drafting units of this standard: Shandong Hushan Grain and Oil Machinery Co., Ltd., Henan Nanyang Guanghui Machinery Factory, and China Agricultural Mechanization Science Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Zhou Qingnong, Sun Zhongpei, Ma Nailan, Li Zhiqing, and Su Xinchun. This standard was first issued and implemented in 1987 as JB/NQ166.1~166.7-87, and the standard number was adjusted to JB/T51219.1~51219.3-94 in September 1994. 1 Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Small-scale flour processing complete equipment Product quality classification (Internal use) JB/T51219-2000 Replaces JB/T51219.1-51219.3-94 This standard specifies the quality indicators, test methods and inspection rules for small-scale flour processing complete equipment. This standard applies to small-scale flour processing complete equipment (hereinafter referred to as complete equipment). 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. No less than 9 sets are selected as an inspection batch when sampling in the factory, and this limit does not apply when sampling at the sales department or user. Grinding rollers and rotors of wheat washing machines or wheat threshers are selected from the factory finished product warehouse or production line. 5.1.3 Two sets of complete sets of equipment are selected, and two pieces of grinding rollers and rotors of wheat washing machines or wheat threshers are selected. 5.2 Classification of unqualified items 5.2.1 If the inspection items do not meet the requirements of Table 1 and Table 2, they are all considered unqualified. 5.2.2 Non-conformities are classified into three categories: A, B, and C according to their impact on product quality. Category A refers to non-conformities that have a significant impact on product performance, Category B refers to non-conformities that have a significant impact on product performance, and Category C refers to non-conformities that have a slight impact on product performance. See Table 5 for non-conformity classification. 5.3 Assessment rules 5.3.1 Each item is assessed, and the lowest level of each type of non-conformity in the non-conformity classification table is determined as the product level 5.3.2 The sampling judgment scheme is shown in Table 6. In the table, AQL is the qualified quality level, Ac is the qualified judgment number, and Re is the unqualified judgment number.
