The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Disassembled clean
For air conditioners that have been used for 3 years or more (or when they are moved or repaired), in order to restore their original performance, professionals shall disassemble the heat exchanger (evaporator, condenser) and ventilation and mechanical rotation systems at the site of use for professional cleaning, lubrication and adjustment.
Level of disassembled
The degree of disassembly of the air conditioner during cleaning and the difficulty of the operation. It is divided into two levels: exposing the heat exchanger in situ after the external parts are disassembled and disassembling the heat exchanger (to the indoor operation position) by disconnecting the refrigeration sealing system. The operation process of disassembling the heat exchanger is complex and difficult. 3.3
Safe service life
After a certain period of time, the safety performance of household appliances in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual still meets GB4706.1 and its corresponding special requirements.
The safe service life starts from the date of purchase by the consumer. [GB/T21097.1—2007, definition 3.2]
SB/T10543—2009
Rated energy efficiency grade rateenergyefficiencygrade The energy efficiency grade of the air conditioner indicated by the manufacturer in accordance with the standard when the air conditioner leaves the factory. [GB12021.3—2004, definition 3.4]
4 Requirements for disassembly, cleaning and maintenance
4.1 Effect
After disassembly, cleaning and maintenance, there is no dirt and attachments on the surface of the heat exchanger that affect the heat exchange efficiency; the ventilation system is normal and in a low wind resistance state; the safe use period and service life are extended accordingly. 4.2 Content
4.2.1 Clean the outer (front) part of the heat exchanger fins inside the indoor and outdoor units, the rotating parts, connection parts, channels, and air filter parts of the air supply system. 4.2.2 Check the common working conditions and main performance status, and perform corresponding maintenance. 4.2.3 Discover, remind, and eliminate safety hazards as needed. 4.3 Operation
4.3.1 Ensure operation safety
Turn off the power switch of the room air conditioner, unplug the power plug, and ensure operation safety. Wear and use necessary protective equipment and supplies, use equipment and facilities correctly, and use tools in accordance with GB/T3787. Disassembly and maintenance operations should comply with the relevant provisions of GB8877. 4.3.2 Ensure product integrity
Neutral or weak alkaline cleaning agents should be used for cleaning operations, and cleaning tools and cleaning methods should not cause permanent damage such as corrosion, inefficiency, and failure to the cleaning object.
Maintenance operations should use the material models and quantities specified by the air conditioner manufacturer. 4.3.3 Confirm that the installation and use of the product meet the specified requirements and check and confirm the power supply.
Check and confirm that the indoor unit, outdoor unit, and installation parts can operate or be used normally. 4.4 Other requirements
4.4.1 Ensure that the user's items are intact and clean
Put out cleaning protection equipment that matches the cleaning method, install waste containers or collection devices, etc., and protect the parts and items near the operation site to be intact and clean during the disassembly, washing and installation process. 4.4.2 Protect the cleanliness of the user's room
When cleaning, the doors and windows should be opened to keep the cleaning site ventilated to prevent dust, waste and odor pollution. Use dirt protection, collection and collection devices to ensure the cleanliness of the user's room. 4.4.3 Protect the environment
Appropriate measures should be taken to prevent the scattering (falling) of waste items and reduce the adverse effects on surrounding residences and public facilities, equipment and venues.
Use non-polluting and lightly polluting cleaning supplies, tools and operating methods; reduce and reduce pollution emissions. 4.4.4 Save resources
Save water, electricity resources and cleaning consumables. 4.4.5 Improving efficiency
Disassembly and cleaning can be combined with regular maintenance (before use in summer, during the safe use period), fault repair and other operations. The disassembly and cleaning of the heat exchanger should be carried out together with the time before installation (or after disassembly), fault repair or overhaul when the machine is moved. 5 Disassembly and cleaning methods and procedures
Depending on the material, location, degree of dirtiness, etc. of the cleaning object, use suction (dust blowing, brushing, water flushing or a combination of these methods, and use appropriate cleaning agents when necessary.
SB/T10543—2009
When moving, maintaining, or repairing a fault, the heat exchanger can be disassembled and carefully cleaned according to specific needs, provided that the refrigerant is recovered.
Without disconnecting the closed circulation system of the refrigerant (to ensure that there is no leakage of the refrigerant) and without disassembling the precision electromechanical components and parts, the in-situ cleaning of the heat exchanger after disassembly should be carried out in accordance with the following steps. Cleaning is performed. 5.1 Inspection of usage status before disassembly and cleaning
5.1.1 Basic information of the product
Check the product information to determine the product model, production date, installation record, service life, warranty (maintenance) record, etc. 5.1.2 Product usage status
Before cleaning, turn on the machine to observe the main performance and working conditions, and make records. 5.1.3 Main performance data
If you need to compare the effects before and after cleaning, test and record the main performance parameters (such as: operating voltage, current, power consumption, system pressure, outlet temperature, wind speed, temperature drop (rise) curve, etc.) before cleaning. 5.2 Disassembly, cleaning and maintenance of split wall-mounted indoor unit 5.2.1 Preparation for cleaning
According to the disassembly and assembly procedures, remove the housing, air freshener components, filter screen, louver, air outlet frame assembly, water tray and crossflow impeller to expose the evaporator assembly (see Figure 1 for the exploded view of the relevant parts of the wall-mounted machine).
