SY/T 5498—2001
This standard is a combined revision of the five standards SY/T5498—1997 "Labor quota for vehicle-mounted drilling and seismic exploration in plain areas", SY/T5500—1997 "Labor quota for seismic exploration in desert areas", SY/5501—92 "Labor quota for seismic exploration in swamp areas", SY5506—92 "Labor quota for seismic exploration in grassland areas" and SY5535—92 "Labor quota for seismic exploration in gobi areas". The above five standards have been revised as follows: the relevant contents of the original standards have been merged; the regional categories have been divided into 10 labor quota areas according to the desert grassland area, plain area and gobi swamp area. The efficiency level of different categories is changed, and the efficiency coefficients of different regional categories are given, and the representative areas in the regional categories are retained; the team-day labor quota formula is modified to improve the labor quota level; the regional categories, surface lithology categories, surface lithology structures and comprehensive footage coefficients of the original standard SY5535-92 are combined and simplified into labor quota regional categories, and the drilling rig unit quota is changed to the team-day labor quota to improve the applicability and operability of this standard; according to the requirements of health, safety, environmental protection and quality monitoring, health, safety, environmental protection and on-site processing positions are added to the quota; real-time differential GPS advanced measurement technology and quota are adopted: the original standard SY/T5501-92, SY Appendix A (supplement) and Appendix B (reference) in SY5506-92 and SY5535-92 are changed to suggestive appendix and standard recommended appendix respectively. This standard follows the following principles:
-Guidelines for Standardization GB/T1.1-1993; One standard whose advancement, rationality, balance, practicality, operability and scientificity are mutually taken into account. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace SY/T5498--1997, SY/T5500-1997, SY/T5501-92, SY5506-92SY5535-92 at the same time.
Appendix A of this standard is the standard appendix
Appendix B and Appendix C of this standard are suggestive appendices. This standard is proposed by China Shishan Natural Gas Group Company. This standard is issued by the Petroleum Industry Labor Quota Standardization Technical Committee. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is the Human Resources Department of the Geophysical Exploration Bureau of China National Petroleum Corporation. The drafting units of this standard are Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau, North China Petroleum Administration Bureau and New Petroleum Administration Bureau. The main drafters of this standard are Ou Qiu, Liu Tongxiao, Zhou Bingxin, Dong Changyuan and Liu Ming. Among the following standards merged and revised by this standard: SY/T 5498-1997 and SY/T 5500-1997 were first issued in September 1992 and first revised in December 1997; SY/T 5501-92 was first issued in September 1992; SY 5506-92 and SY5535-92 were first issued in November 1992. This is a merged revision of the five standards. 1 Scope

Labor quota for vehicle loading, drilling and seismic exploration
A1.1. For jobs or positions that are not fully loaded and have conditions for cross-operation, one-specialty-multiple-skills positions are combined, i.e., cashier, living warehouse custodian, mail receiving and sending, meal ticket sales and refunding, etc. are concurrently performed by management and service personnel; team leaders and production commanders, line checkers and line checker drivers, blasters and blaster drivers, repairmen and engineering vehicle drivers are combined into two positions. A1.2 The production capacity of the drilling and merging group should match the production capacity of the instrument group, the external line arrangement group, and the blasting team. The number of drilling rigs in the drilling and merging group is shown in Table A4. When the number of drilling rigs listed in Table A4 does not match the production capacity of the joint operation of the instrument, external line arrangement, blasting and other teams, the superior competent department should increase or decrease the number of drilling rigs and water tankers and the corresponding staffing according to the team's daily labor quota. A1.3 Due to equipment replacement, increase or decrease, and change of construction methods, the staffing should be increased or decreased according to Table A1, Table A2, Table A3, and Table A4. A1.4 When the staffing of the external line arrangement group caregivers, line retracting and releasing (collection station) workers, line checking workers, and line repairing (collection station) workers is based on Table A3, the spare road is included.
A1.5 If gravity exploration is required, the staffing shall be increased by 1 person. A2: Labor quota
