This standard specifies the quality grade, sampling and assessment methods of centrifugal blowers for sintering plants. This standard applies to the quality assessment of centrifugal blowers for sintering plants (hereinafter referred to as blowers). 2 Referenced Standards

3 Quality grades of blower products
3.1 Blowers shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7259 and be divided into three grades: qualified products, first-class products and superior products according to their quality level and use value.
3.2 Blower products shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7259, and the assessment items and index requirements of each grade shall be as specified in Table 1. 3.2.1 The aerodynamic performance test of the blower shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T10178, and the modeling test of the blower shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T1236. Its performance deviation shall be as specified in Table 1.
3.2.2 The blower rotor shall be balanced and corrected according to JB/T7259, and its balance quality level shall be as specified in Table 1. 3.2.3 When the blower is subjected to mechanical operation test at rated speed, its vibration value shall meet one of the following two requirements: a) The shaft vibration (displacement peak-to-peak value) level measured near the journal shall be as specified in Table 1; b) The effective value of the vibration velocity at the bearing shall be measured by a contact vibration meter, and its level shall be as specified in Table 1. 3.2.4 The assessment of the first overhaul period shall be as specified in Table 1. It can be determined by the feedback from users of other products in the same series. The number of months is calculated from the date of shipment, and only one of the two indicators of hours and months needs to be met. 3.2.5 The key project qualification rate of blower parts shall reach 100%, and the items are: a) rotor balance quality level;
b) matching size with rolling bearings;
) casting quality of bearing babbitt alloy, and the bonding degree between bearing alloy and housing. 3.2.6 The qualification rate of main items of main parts of blower shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1. The main parts are: rotor, seal, bearing and bearing box. The main items are:
a) Dimensions with tolerance grade higher than or equal to IT8 marked with fitting requirements; approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on December 30, 1999 and implemented on June 1, 2000
b) Items with geometric tolerances:

c) Items with surface roughness R value less than or equal to 3.2μm; d) Fitting clearance and contact surface between rotor journal and sliding bearing; e) Clearance between blade profile, air inlet camber profile and sample f) Blade outlet installation angle;
g) Impeller outlet width.

3.3 The main supporting products and purchased parts of the blower, such as prime movers, valves, couplings, rolling bearings, instruments, etc., shall meet the quality level requirements of the blower.
4 Sampling and evaluation methods
4.1 For single-unit products, each unit shall be inspected. For batch-produced products, one unit may be randomly selected for inspection. 4.2 The quality level of the product shall be determined in accordance with the requirements of all assessment items specified in this standard. Otherwise, the lowest indicator shall be used for determination. If an item is missing, the product cannot be determined.
