This standard specifies the type, model, design parameters and dimensions, requirements, inspection and acceptance, marking, packaging and transportation of air receivers with working pressures of 0.7, 1.0 and 1.25 MPa. This standard applies to air receivers used in air compressors specified in GB/T 7787-1987 "Basic Parameters of Reciprocating Piston Air Compressors". This standard also applies to air receivers used in other positive displacement air compressors with equivalent working pressures. This standard was first issued in 1990 as ZB J72 041-90, and the standard number was adjusted to JB/T 8867-1999 in April 1999. The wall thickness of other materials can be calculated and determined separately. 6.3 The type and size of the elliptical head shall comply with the provisions of JB/T4737. The flange of the pipe shall comply with the provisions of JB/T81. 6.4 Supporting type support Anchor bolt Bolt center Circle radius M24×600 6.5The type and size of the supporting type support shall comply with the provisions of Type A in JB/T4724-1992, and the anchor bolt shall comply with the provisions of CB/T799. 6.6The two-axis dimensions of the elliptical manhole are 300 and 400 mm, and the two-axis dimensions of the elliptical hand hole are 88 and 102 mm. The short axis direction of the manhole and hand hole shall be parallel to the axis of the gas tank. The structural dimensions of the manhole device shall refer to the provisions of Type B in JB/2190-1993. The structural dimensions of the hand hole device shall refer to the provisions of Type G in JB/T2191-1993. 6.7The structure of the reinforcement ring shall comply with the provisions of JB/T4736. 7 Requirements 7.1 Gas tanks shall be manufactured in accordance with the relevant provisions of this standard and GB150, and in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and shall be subject to the supervision of the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels". 7.2 The general drawing of the gas tank shall list the "Technical Requirements", "Technical Characteristics Table", "Pipe Orifice Table" and "Pipe Orifice Orientation Diagram". The specific contents shall comply with the provisions of the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels". The cylinder and head materials of the gas tank shall not be lower than Q235-B. 7.3 The opening of the gas tank shall not be at the weld, and the distance between the edge of the opening and the weld shall not be less than 100mm. 7.51 The sealing surface of the flange of the gas tank and the thread surface of the joint shall not have rust and defects that reduce the flange strength and sealing reliability. 7.6 The accuracy of the pressure gauge used in the gas tank shall not be lower than Class 2.5, and the scale limit value of the pressure gauge dial shall be 1.5~3.0 times the maximum working pressure: the dial diameter shall not be less than 100mm. 7.7 The safety valve used in the gas tank should comply with the provisions of JB/T6441. The safety discharge volume of the safety valve should be greater than the maximum volume flow of the compressor, and its calculation should comply with the provisions of GB150 and the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels". The safety valve of the gas tank shipped with the compressor should be adjusted according to the exhaust pressure of the compressor and sealed with lead. 7.8 The inner surface of the gas tank should be rust-proofed. 7.9 The gas tank supplied to the user should include: a) safety valve (including joints and pipes); b) pressure gauge: c) drain valve and its pipe; d) joints, nuts, pipe joints and gaskets for connecting pressure gauges and load regulators; e) connecting flanges, bolts, nuts and gaskets for inlet and outlet pipes; f anchor bolts, nuts and washers. 8 Inspection and Acceptance 8.1 Gas tanks shall be inspected and accepted by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with GB150, product drawings and this standard. 8.2 Gas tanks shall be subjected to radiographic nondestructive testing in accordance with the following provisions. 8.2.1 The butt welded joints of gas tanks shall be subjected to local nondestructive testing. The inspection length shall not be less than 20% of the total length of the corresponding butt welded joints (longitudinal and annular), and the quality of the uninspected parts shall still be guaranteed. 8.2.2 The intersection of the longitudinal and annular butt welded joints of the gas tank, the welded joints of the reinforcement ring and the support pad covering parts, and the spliced welded joints of the elliptical head shall be subjected to 100% nondestructive testing, and the inspection parts of other welded joints shall be selected by the inspectors. 8.2.3 During the inspection, if any defects exceeding the standard are found, the flaw detector shall specify the part, increase the total length of the welded joint by 10% and then conduct nondestructive testing. If there are still defects exceeding the standard, all butt welded joints shall be subjected to 100% nondestructive testing. 8.2.4 Nondestructive testing shall be carried out in accordance with JB4730, and the quality of radiographic penetration shall not be lower than AB grade, and its qualified level shall be IIIII grade, and no incomplete penetration is allowed. 8.3 The test method and evaluation standard of the gas tank welding test plate shall be in accordance with the provisions of the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels". 8.4 The gas tanks that have passed the nondestructive testing shall be subjected to water pressure test according to the test pressure value specified in 6.1, and shall be tested and accepted in accordance with the provisions of GB150. 8.5 When the gas tank leaves the factory, it shall be accompanied by the completion drawing, installation instructions, product quality certificate, rubbing of the product label and pressure vessel product quality supervision and inspection certificate. The content and format of its product quality certificate shall comply with the provisions of the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels". 9 Marking, packaging and transportation 9.1 Gas storage tanks should be equipped with product labels in obvious positions. The specifications of the labels should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and should be marked with the following contents: a) Model and name; b) Container type; c) Nominal volume, m; d) Maximum working pressure, MPa; e) Design pressure, MPa; f) Test pressure, MPa; g) Design temperature, ℃; h) Net weight, kg; i) Name and address of the manufacturer; i) Supervision and inspection mark; k) Manufacturing license number; 1) Factory number; m) Manufacturing date.
