10.1 Phosphorus dioxide filling
10,1.1 Before filling, the gas cylinder should be inspected for appearance. It is confirmed that it has passed the inspection within the inspection period and the safety accessories are intact before filling. Overfilling is strictly prohibited. 10,1.2 The gas cylinders to be kept should be properly kept and should not explode. When the temperature of the bottle is too high, no one is allowed to fill it. 101.3 The filling station must be equipped with isolation protection nets, pressure gauges and safety gauges. They must be regularly checked and calibrated. The drain port of the safety valve must be set outside the tank and the bottom height must be removed. 10.1.4 When filling, it must be splashed.
10.1.5 Regularly inspect the discharge of low-gas gas. After shutdown, the gas storage must be discharged immediately. 10.2 Before using biogas
10.2.1 The gas storage tank must be equipped with safety devices such as safety valves and explosion-proof safety films, and must be inspected regularly. 10.2.2 The gas tank and the gas storage tank must be strictly protected during the period, and no flammable materials such as gas and gasoline are allowed to enter the tank. 10.2.3 It is strictly forbidden to see flammable and explosive chemicals and foreign objects such as water, gasoline, etc. in the tank. 10.2.4 The biogas transmission pipeline should be made of materials with good gas tightness, chemical resistance, and corrosion resistance. It should be installed with a downward inclination in the direction of flow. In the parts where condensed water is easy to accumulate in the pipe, a drainage valve should be installed at the bottom of the narrow channel. 10.2.5 All joints of the gas transmission pipeline must be strictly inspected, and "escape", "leakage" and accumulation are strictly prohibited. 10.2.B The equipment system must be equipped with water seal, pipe, force meter, flow meter, flame arrester, water discharge, alarm facilities or automatic control facilities. The gas equipment should be explosion-proof type. 10.2.7 The gas equipment system must be kept in good condition. 10.2.8 The boiler should comply with the following items. The pipe of the boiler should be used to discharge the gas in the pipeline before sending the biogas. When igniting the burner in the furnace, it must be ignited before the biogas is discharged. For the sake of convenience, the exhaust fan should be used to extract the gas for 5 minutes before ignition. It should be raised before ignition. During operation, the furnace must maintain negative pressure. The water supply of the boiler room should be equipped with anti-explosion exhaust pipes and vent pipes, and they should be extended outside. There should be no open flames or flammable materials near it.
10.2.9 When inspecting the valve 1 of the island pool, measures such as ventilation and spiritual washing must be taken. If lighting is required, a plastic flashlight must be used.
