The transmission device can be installed on the left or right side of the crusher. 4.1.2 4.1.3 The wearing parts of the same type of crusher shall be interchangeable. 4.1.4 The hammer head and bars and other wearing parts should be easy to replace The adjustment of the grate mechanism should be flexible and reliable. 4.1.6 Grate bars with different gaps can be selected according to the user's crushing particle size requirements. 4.1.7 The electrical equipment should comply with the provisions of GB/T5226.1. 4.2 Requirements for main parts 4.2.1 The material of the hammer head and grate bars should not be lower than the requirements of GB/T5680. 4.2.2 The material of the main shaft should not be lower than 45 forged steel and should comply with the requirements of JB/T6397. The quality of ultrasonic inspection should comply with the Level 2 regulations in GB/T6402. 4.2.3 The quality of the welded frame should comply with the requirements of JB/T5000.3. 4.3 Assembly requirements 4.3.1 Each bearing should have a good seal, and no dust or oil leakage should be allowed to enter. 4.3.2 The rotor part shall be subjected to static balance test before the hammer head is installed, and its unbalance quality shall comply with the provisions of G6.3 in GB/T9239. The weight of the hammer head shall be marked, and its weight deviation shall not exceed ±1kg, and it shall be assembled in a balanced manner. 4.4 Performance requirements 4.4.1 The temperature of the main bearing shall not exceed 60℃, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 30℃. 4.4.2 The transmission part and the rotor part shall operate flexibly without any jamming. 4.4.3 The amplitude measured on the main bearing shall not exceed 0.2mm. The spokes of the pulley and flywheel of the crusher shall be painted red. 4.4.4 4.4.5 The noise of the crusher under no-load shall not be greater than 90dB (A). 4.4.6 The service life of the crusher before the first overhaul shall not be less than 10,000 hours. The crusher shall be equipped with safety protection devices. 4.5 Completeness 4.5.1 The complete set of equipment includes the crusher body, transmission device, motor and low-voltage electronic control equipment. 4.5.2 The manufacturer can provide spare parts according to user requirements. 4.5.3 Export products shall comply with the requirements of foreign trade contracts. 4.5.4 Each crusher shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity, instruction manual, general drawing, foundation drawing, electrical control diagram and packing list. 5 Test method 5.1 The main dimensions of the crusher shall be inspected with universal measuring tools. 5.2 Check the rotating part. It should rotate flexibly and without jamming when it is manually turned. 5.3 The static balance test of the rotor part can be carried out by the balancing method of the horizontal parallel shaft seat. After assembling the hammer head, it shall be inspected according to the calibration value recorded in the relevant process documents. JB/T3766-2000 5.4 The no-load test run of the crusher shall not be less than 2h. During the test run, check: a) Use a vibration meter to detect the horizontal and vertical amplitude values (single amplitude) above and on both sides of the crusher bearing seat; b) Detect the noise value in accordance with the provisions of GB/3768; c) Insert a thermometer into the oil filling hole of the bearing seat to detect the bearing operating temperature, and measure it every 30mm until the temperature stabilizes. 5.5 The crusher should be tested under load at the user's site. The inspection contents include: a) Output test, which can be determined by the continuous operation conversion method, that is, all the crushed materials in a certain period of time are measured and converted into hourly output, and the cumulative time is not less than 0.5h: b) Discharge particle size test, use the screen with national standard mesh to screen and make a percentage curve of the material under the screen c) Power test, use a power meter to test; d) Repeat the various inspection contents of 5.4 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Sampling method 6.1.1 For products produced in single batches, one unit is selected as a sample for finished product inspection. If there is any unqualified, 50% of the total number of this batch should be selected for further inspection. If it is still unqualified, all products should be inspected. 6.1.2 Samples in the production process, one unit is selected or the whole machine is disassembled for inspection (the large parts of the product shall be subject to the product process inspection record). 6.2 Factory inspection and type inspection 6.2.1 Each product must be inspected before delivery, and its contents and requirements shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.5, 4.4.2, 4.4.3 and 4.4.5. 6.2.2 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: a) During trial production, finalization and appraisal of new products; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, design, process or materials; ) When the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. 6.2.3 Type inspection items include all requirements of this standard. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 The label shall be fixed in a conspicuous position on the product, and its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/13306. The content of the label shall include: a) Manufacturer's name and trademark: b) Product model and name; c) Main technical parameters of the product: d) Product number: e) Date of delivery. 7.2 Product packaging should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. Each package should be marked when it is shipped. The content is: a) Receiving unit and address; b) Product name and model: c) Manufacturer name and factory number; d) Box number, external dimensions, gross weight. 7.3 Products should be packaged according to the packing list. The exposed processed surface should be coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped well. For export products, the requirements of foreign trade orders should be met. 7.4 Electrical equipment, complete sets of accessories, etc. should be packed into boxes. 5 JB/T37662000 5 Packaging should meet the requirements of water and land transportation. The whole packaging and sub-packaging of products shall not exceed the limit. 7.5 During long-term storage, dust should be prevented from falling on the products, and electrical equipment should be prevented from moisture. 7.6 8 Manufacturing Guarantee The manufacturer shall ensure that the product meets the requirements of this standard. 8.1 The user shall comply with this standard and the instruction manual. The product shall be used for 18 months from the date of delivery or 12 months during this period. 8.2 If the product cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace product parts for the user free of charge.
