If there is a dispute between the supplier and the buyer, the quality arbitration unit will conduct arbitration and inspection in accordance with this standard. 5.4 Sampling method Take samples according to the provisions of GB/T13290. Butadiene products can be sampled from finished tanks or pipelines where the product is transported. When sampling from a finished product tank, the products in that tank are considered a batch. When sampling from a pipeline, the products can be considered a batch based on a certain time (8h or 24h) or sent to a certain place at the same time. 6 Packaging, marking, storage and transportation 6.1 The packaging, marking, transportation and storage of butadiene shall comply with the "Pressure Vessel Safety Supervision Regulations" and the safety rules for the use of pressure vessels. 6.2 Butadiene can be transported by train or tanker. Containers used to store and transport butadiene in trains and automobiles belong to the third category of pressure vessels. In addition to implementing the "Interim Regulations on Safety Supervision of Boilers and Pressure Vessels" and HG5-1472, the relevant provisions of HG5--1471 should also be implemented. 6.3 According to the "Rules for the Transport of Dangerous Goods" issued by the Ministry of Railways, butadiene belongs to the third category of dangerous goods, Class A flammable gas. 6.4 During the storage and transportation of butadiene, sufficient polymerization inhibitor should be added according to the distance and season to prevent self-polymerization. At the same time, nitrogen (pure nitrogen) sealing should be used to avoid contact with air to prevent self-aggregation and the generation of explosive peroxides. Containers for storing and transporting butadiene may produce "butadiene peroxide" due to factors such as nitrogen purity and climate conditions, so they must be processed regularly. The treatment method is: soak in 5% ferrous sulfate solution at 80°C for 24 hours. 6.5 The storage temperature of butadiene is generally below 27℃, and it should be stored below 10℃ for a long time. 7 Safety Requirements 7.1 According to the degree of damage to the human body, butadiene is a less toxic substance, and the maximum allowable concentration in the device area is 100 mg/m. When the concentration exceeds GB13291-91 , inhaling butadiene gas will cause dizziness and anesthesia; liquid butadiene splashing on the skin will cause frostbite, so the operator should wear Goggles and use rubber-coated gloves. 7.2 Butadiene is a flammable medium with an explosion limit of 1.1% to 12.1% (V/V) in the atmosphere. Good ventilation conditions are required at the sampling site. 7.3 Eliminate equipment. When the fire source is small, carbon dioxide, foam fire extinguishers, nitrogen and other fire extinguishing equipment can be used. 7.4 The electrical equipment and lighting should be installed with an explosion-proof level that complies with the specifications, and the installation equipment and pipelines should have a grounding system that complies with the specifications.
