4.1 Structural type

7.4.1 Temperature rise stabilization shall be carried out after passing the load test. The lubricating oil is at room temperature, at the rated speed, and loaded to the rated load. 7.4.3 Measurement of ambient temperature

7.6 Overload test
The overload test of the variable speed bearing is immediately after the load test. The lubricating oil is still in a hot state. At the rated speed, it is loaded to 160% of the rated load, and the test takes a lot of time. in 2 minutes. The overload test should not cause damage in the form of gluing, breakage, etc., and it should be able to operate normally after the test. 8 Inspection Rules
8.1 Variable speed bearings must pass the inspection by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and be accompanied by a certificate before leaving the factory. 8.2 Finished variable speed bearings shall be randomly inspected in accordance with GB2828. The sample size shall be drawn according to S-3. The AQL value of the main item shall be 2.5. The AQL value of the minor item shall be 6.5.
