This standard applies to the guidance of the fire hazard test of electric and electronic products and their materials and components. 2 Reference standards GB519.1 Terminology of fire hazard test for electric and electronic products 55169.2 Technical requirements and guidelines for the formulation of fire hazard assessment for electric and electronic products R6.3 Fire hazard test for electric and electronic products, non-component hazard assessment test guidelines GE 5263. For electrical products, fire hazard test shall be conducted according to the actual use environment of the product and the effects that may occur in the actual use. Preselection is based on the needs of product performance, and is conducted according to the fire characteristics and fuel characteristics of the product when used. Before the fire hazard assessment of the finished product, appropriate materials, components and parts shall be selected. The test of small models shall be used as the basis for the design of finished products. The fire hazard assessment test of the finished product shall be evaluated. 4.1 Preselection test requirements The product and components, components and materials shall be combined with the flammability test, and the product design and material selection stages shall fully consider whether the product can avoid the danger of the product in the actual working environment. 4.2 The test shall be conducted under the conditions of use of the proposed product (including the expected abnormality, malfunction or maximum rate) and the connection with the object and the ignition source, etc. to test the materials, components and parts. 4.3 In the pre-selected combustion test, the following factors can affect the quality, sequence, shape, position and combination of materials and the interaction of the test samples. Such as: the added effect caused by the assembly: 1. The environment and pollution such as temperature aging, diffusion through the area, etc., the influence of parts in the production and processing process; 2. The ignition energy range such as time, etc. 4.4 In the pre-selected test, the data that may affect the combustion performance can guide the design and selection of materials for the finished product. 8. The material combustion characteristics test requirements shall be carried out in accordance with GB5169.8, and the material slurry shall be prepared as a flow standard sample (Appendix A); h The original test comparison results of different materials can be directly applied to the finished product, and there is no need to record the finished product and then conduct a reverse test comparison; c The three essential parts of the product must be determined based on the functions of the product and other parts: d The pre-selected test speed must be realistic and effective, and the pre-selected test results shall be used as the basic performance of the product to guide the finished product test. e. When the pre-selected test is used to replace other finished product tests, the requirements for the selected test must be put forward. That is, the test severity level or the relatively strict test method must be increased, and the safety system effect must be improved, so that the finished product can achieve new performance standards while being economically reasonable! 5 Fire hazard assessment Fire hazard assessment can be achieved by: a. Correctly using the test method, selecting an appropriate severity level and acceptance standard, b. Comparing the relevant performance of the product with the combustion characteristics test results; c. Verifying the assessment results through a cut-off test when necessary. 2 GH/T 5169.9—93 Ignition sources and test methods matching the pre-selection procedures (see Table 1) Table 1 Ignition sources and test methods Supply Poor connection conditions Standard heat loss Large hot wire Large electrical source New electric control paint Dust lamp Fire start separation Oxygen indexwww.bzxz.net Test method CH1n2n7 GB 516s. 4 (H4041 Safety of information technology equipment (including electrical non-service equipment) Appendix A AS H4 Safety of information technology equipment (including electrical service equipment)) Appendix A 3 4207 GF 1102 Chapter 4 G6 5:69.?
