Automobile engine product quality inspection and assessment points 3.1.1 Diesel engine production should be in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and the parts, components and accessories should comply with the relevant standards.
3.1.2 The model compilation of diesel engine should comply with the provisions of GB725. 3.1.3 The diesel engine specification should comply with the provisions of GB13. 3.2 Technical Specifications 3.2.1 The manufacturer shall provide the main technical specifications and overall functions of the diesel engine in the product technical documents (which may be increased or decreased according to the structural type and purpose of the diesel engine): Model: Type (refers to the number of strokes, combustion mode, cylinder displacement mode, combustion type, east or west engine, supercharging point type, whether with supercharger and compressed air intercooler, etc. Number of cylinders: Cylinder diameter, piston stroke, suitable total displacement, rated power (according to GBT1105), rated speed, maximum speed, maximum No-load stable speed,

The deviation between the limited power and the corresponding power on the nameplate is called the power limit. When the test environment conditions are different from the standard environment conditions, the power and fuel consumption rate shall be corrected according to the provisions of B/105. 3.3.2 The diesel engine with a rated power of 12h and a continuous power rate generally has the ability to overload power. The duration and frequency of the overload power allowed to be used depends on the usage conditions. However, there should be enough margin in the diesel engine oil regulator. So that it can satisfactorily generate the allowed overload power. The overload rate shall be expressed as a percentage of the continuous power, and the duration and frequency of the allowed operation and the corresponding engine speed shall be indicated. Unless otherwise specified, at the corresponding engine speed, the overload of 110% continuous power rate is allowed to run intermittently or uninterruptedly for 1h within the 52h operation period. 3.3.3 The fuel consumption rate and oil consumption rate of diesel engines should not exceed the factory indicators specified in the product technical documents. The fuel consumption rate of diesel engines for different purposes at maximum torque and partial load and partial transfer should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Note [: If the diesel engine with a 15mw power rating is calibrated and the lubrication rate is restored after the oil consumption rate is measured, no additional time is required. Note 2: The diesel engine lubrication rate should be the indicator after the factory state and product is closed. Note 3: When calculating the fuel consumption rate, the diesel low temperature standard is determined according to H/115. 1

3.9 Safety protection

The safety protection of diesel engines shall comply with the provisions of GB/T4556 and JB8890 according to the purpose. 3.10 Overspeed protection
When the diesel engine is equipped with an overspeed protection device or a speed governor, it shall comply with the provisions of CB/T3253 and/or QBT3475. When the speed reaches 120% of the rated speed, the air intake or fuel supply shall be automatically stopped. 3. Non-vibration
The mechanical vibration limit of diesel engine shall meet GB/T10397, CB/T3256 or relevant industry standards according to the use and reach the standard of ℃ (tolerable level):
The crankshaft torsional vibration limit of diesel engine shall meet the requirements of GB/T15371 and CB+1325 for small and medium power and marine diesel engines respectively. The diesel engine shall not have a critical torsional speed within 10% of the rated speed. 3.12 Emergency stop
During the commissioning or operation of the diesel engine, if abnormal sound is emitted, the engine is interrupted or the lubricating oil is cut off, or when it is used in a flammable and explosive environment, if the exhaust outlet temperature exceeds the specified value, the diesel engine shall be able to stop quickly. 3. 13 Start
The diesel engine shall be started at the ambient temperature specified in Table 7 and within the specified starting time. The machine can start smoothly without taking any external instructions. The engine safety starting requirements should comply with the provisions of 5.3.2.2 of B8890-199. The starting power and the electric starting fluid and the gas starting are checked and tested. The machine and the engineering machinery are connected with the same notes, the auxiliary machine and the emergency generating set and the fixed manual starting are checked. 1. The starting method is to connect DT9773.2: Each start can be completed within 2 hours. 2. For machines with special requirements for starting performance (such as low temperature starting, starting with gasoline engine), the starting time shall be determined by the manufacturer and the user according to the relevant technical standards.
3.11 The main engine should be tested for reversing. The reversing operation should be easy and flexible. Note: For diesel engines with running records, the effectiveness shall be negotiated between the manufacturer and the user. 3.16 Tightness
The diesel engine's tight fittings shall not leak oil, gas or water after being tightened during warm-up, running-in and performance tests. The rated operating pressure of the diesel engine shall not exceed [% of the nominal intake air. 3.17 Working medium
The working medium of the diesel fuel system shall comply with the instructions for use. The additives in the working medium shall be non-toxic, non-volatile and non-precipitable.
3.18 Instrumentation
The diesel engine shall be equipped with the instrumentation and indication system necessary for normal operation. For engines with a power of 27kW or less: monitoring and/or alarm devices shall be installed when the speed, pressure, temperature and other parameters exceed the specified range. 3.15. Full
