1.2 Specifications, dimensions and allowable deviations
1.2.1 The dimensions and allowable deviations of nickel and nickel alloy strips are shown in Table 2. Issued by the Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on February 10, 1987 and implemented on December 1, 1987

0.71~0.99
SJ1541-87
Thickness allowable deviation
60-100
Width allowable deviation
Strips with other specifications and allowable deviations can also be supplied by agreement between the two parties. Unit: mm
Length (not less than)
For strips with a thickness less than 0.40mm, short strips with a length not less than 1m are not allowed to exceed 10% of the submitted batch weight.
12:4Strips with a thickness greater than 0.6mm are supplied as straight strips. If the strip party requires fixed length supply, the fixed length should be indicated in the contract, otherwise the length specified in Table 2 shall be supplied. 1.3Manufacturing method
The strip is manufactured by melting, hot rolling and cold rolling. 1:4Supply state
Hard state (Y), soft state (M)
Strips with a thickness greater than 0.6mm are only supplied in hard state. Technical requirements
Must be specified in the order
2.1The chemical composition of nickel and nickel alloy strips shall comply with the provisions of SJ1588-87 "Chemical composition of nickel and nickel alloys for electric vacuum devices".
2.2 Appearance
22·1 The surface of the strip should be clean, smooth, free of cracks, delamination, pits, peeling, bubbles and peeling bubbles after hydrogen annealing.
SJ154i--87
Minor, local scratches and roller marks are allowed. 22·2 The strip should be straight, but slight waves are allowed. Both sides should be neat, without cracks and burrs. 2.3 The side curvature is not more than 2mm per meter. 2.4
The dimensions and allowable deviations shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The cupping value of soft belt (punch radius is 10mm) shall comply with the provisions of Table 8. 3
Thickness of strip
Deepness of cupping (not less than)
Test method:
0.10-0.25
0.80-0.55
Unit: mm
0.60-1.20
3.1 The chemical composition analysis of strip shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of SJ1542-87 "Chemical Analysis Method of Nickel and Nickel Alloy for Vacuum Devices" and SJ1548-87 "Spectral Analysis Method of Nickel and Nickel Alloy for Vacuum Devices". 3:2 The thickness of strip shall be measured with a dry ruler with an accuracy of 0.01mm. The width and side curvature shall be measured with a steel ruler with an accuracy of 0.5mm.
Side bending method: tighten the strip of 1m in length and place it on the inspection platform, so that one side of the strip is in contact with the platform. The maximum distance on the plane of the strip edge is determined as the side bending of the strip. 3.4
Soft belt cupping test: according to GB4156-84. The surface quality of the strip is checked with the naked eye, or after hydrogen annealing, the hydrogen annealing temperature is 900~950c.
Inspection rules
The strip should be inspected by the supplier's quality inspection department, and the product quality should meet the requirements of this standard. The buyer shall inspect each batch according to the requirements of this standard within three months from the date of receipt of the product. If there are unqualified products, they can be returned to the supplier after identification and confirmation by both parties.
Each production batch should consist of a furnace number, specification and state. The appearance quality shall be inspected according to the requirements of 2.2. The thickness of the strip should be measured at a distance of not less than 100mm from the end and not less than mm from the edge. The deviation outside the measurement range shall not be used as a basis for scrapping. 4.5
The side curvature is measured by taking a sample from each batch of strips. The soft belt cupping test is to take two rolls (axles) from each batch of strips, and take a strip from each roll (axle), and take a sample from each end.
If the test result of one sample is unqualified, double samples should be taken from the batch for re-inspection of the unqualified items. If one sample is still unqualified after the re-inspection, the whole batch shall be regarded as unqualified. ~3

Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
5.1 Nickel and nickel alloy strips shall be packaged internally and externally by appropriate methods to ensure that the strips are not damaged during storage and transportation. The quantity per box shall not exceed 50kg. 5.2 The strip must have a product certificate or quality certificate. It should clearly state: e. Product name and brand:
b. Production batch number:
d. Weight:
e. Production inspection date:
f. Inspection department stamp:
g. This standard number and manufacturer's name.
Storage and transportation should ensure ventilation and dryness, and prevent corrosion from rain, snow and acidic and alkaline harmful atmospheres. 5.3
5.4 Marking example,
Hard-state strip with a thickness of 0.5mm and a width of 100mm is marked as: Brand NMg0.08, 1
Strip NMg0.08
