Introduction to standards:

JB/T 8846.1-2001 This standard is a revision of JB/T 8846.1-1999 "Technical conditions for wet steering clutches of crawler bulldozers". During the revision, test methods and inspection rules, mechanical performance parameters of parts were added; technical requirements for reliability and cleanliness were supplemented; the materials of some castings were changed. This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of wet steering clutches of crawler bulldozers. This standard is applicable to multi-plate wet steering clutches of crawler bulldozers above 103kW. This standard was first issued in June 1987 as ZB J85 007.1-87, and the standard number was adjusted to JB/T 8846.1-1999 in 1999. This is the first revision. 5.1 Delivery inspection
Each set of wet clutch must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. The inspection items include appearance quality, external dimensions and fitting quality.
5.2 Type inspection
The type inspection of the wet clutch is shown in Table 2. Sampling inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828, using a single positive belt sampling plan, and special inspection level S-3 is used for Class A unqualified products, and general inspection level II is used for Class B and Class C unqualified products. The combined quality level (AQL) is determined in accordance with the provisions of Table 2 or by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. During the inspection, if the number of unqualified items in each item is equal to or less than the corresponding qualified judgment number (A-), then the batch of products is accepted, otherwise it is rejected. 2
