4.1 Appearance and mechanical structure requirements
4.1.1 Appearance requirements

4.2 Performance requirements
4.2.1 Functions

4.2.5 Working current requirements
Under the rated voltage, the working current of the handheld metal detector should comply with the product standards. 4.3 Environmental adaptability requirements
4.3.1 Handheld metal detectors are divided into two groups: 1 and I according to the severity of their use environment: Group 1: 10~~+55℃
Group I: —25~+55C
It should be able to work normally in this working environment where the temperature and relative humidity are not greater than 95%. 4.3.2 The adaptability requirements of handheld metal detectors to humidity, vibration, impact, etc. shall comply with the provisions of Group 1 or Group I of Article 4.3.1 of GB10408.1. 4.4.1 The handheld metal detector should be able to work stably and reliably within the specified working hours without any adjustments. 5 test methods
5.1 test conditions

5.2 Appearance and structural performance inspection
5.2.1 Appearance inspection

5.2.2 Mechanical structure inspection
5.2.2.1 Shell compressive strength test

5.3.1 Functional test
Apply rated voltage to the sample under test, perform normal operation according to the product instructions, and detect metals of different properties respectively, which should comply with Article 4.2.1 Require.
5.3.2 Detection distance test
Apply the rated voltage to the sample under test, and place the most sensitive part of the probe vertically against a smooth steel ball (bearing steel) with a diameter of 20mm from far to near Move continuously until the alarm signal is sent, and note the distance between the probe and the metal ball. 5.3.3 Alarm indication inspection

5.3.4.1 The working voltage and power supply working status indication of the handheld metal detector shall comply with the requirements of Articles 4.2.4.1 and 4.2.4.2. 5.3.4.2. The test samples are tested in the alert state and alarm state respectively according to the test methods specified in GB6833.3 and GB6833.5. There will be no false alarms or missed alarms.
5.7 Reliability test
