5 Inspection method

5.5 Crack surface test: When the leather surface is bent 180° outward around a cylinder with a diameter of 30mm, check whether cracks appear on the leather surface. 5.6 Discoloration test: Rub any part of the leather surface in the same direction five times with a dry fine white cloth to see whether it discolors. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Randomly sample 5% of the leather belts produced in batches and inspect 4.1, 4.2, 4.4.1, and 4.4.2. Articles 4.3 and 4.4.3 are inspected piece by piece and the grades are determined.
6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection is carried out on qualified batches of factory inspection, and all technical requirements are inspected. 6.2.2 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations. a.

6.2.3 Random sampling is adopted, and the sampling quantity is: 20 pieces for every 1,000 pieces, 10 pieces are added for more than 1,000 pieces, and less than 1,000 pieces are counted as 1,000 pieces. 6.3 Determination rules
6.3.1 Determination of single product
Determination of single product shall be in accordance with 4.3 and 4.4.3. If there are more than 3 defects or two of the other technical requirements are unqualified, the product shall be judged as unqualified.
6.3.2 Batch evaluation
If the qualified rate of the sampling volume is above 90%, the batch is judged to be qualified. If the qualified rate does not reach 90%, double sampling and re-inspection shall be carried out. If the qualified rate still does not reach 90%, the batch is judged to be unqualified.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storagebzxZ.net
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The length of the product shall be indicated and a certificate of conformity shall be attached. 7.1.2 The outer packaging shall indicate the factory name, address, trademark, product name, product number, quantity and date of manufacture. 7.2 Packaging

7.3 Transportation
