Some standard content:

National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Atmospheric air-Test dust standard sample -Fly ash
1 Subject content and scope of application
CB 13269-91
1.1 This standard specifies the material sources, basic physical properties, packaging, storage and use conditions of two types of coal fly ash test dust. 1.2 The two types of coal fly ash test dust specified in this standard are suitable for dust removal performance test and product quality inspection of dust collector. 2 Reference standards
GB 176 Chemical analysis methods for cement
GB5161 Determination of effective density of metal powders by body penetration method G136524 Determination of particle size distribution of metal powders by light penetration method 3 Terms, symbols, definitions
3.1 Particle size dp----refers to the Stokes equivalent diameter of dust particles measured by liquid sedimentation method, expressed in μm, 3.2 Particle size distribution--refers to the proportion of dust components in each particle size classification interval. This standard refers to the mass percentage relationship, and the total (i.e. the sum of each component) is 100%,
3.3 Sieve rate R (%) refers to the percentage of the cumulative mass of the particles larger than a certain particle size d to the total mass of dust. 3.4 Undersize rate D (%)--refers to the percentage of the cumulative mass of the particles smaller than the base particle size d to the total mass of dust. R and D are complementary, i.e. R+D=100%).
3.5 Median diameter 50 refers to the particle size corresponding to the position where the screen rate R and the screen rate P are both 50%, expressed in μ. 3.6 Point density β refers to the ratio of the dust mass after the gas inside and between the dust particles is removed to the actual volume it occupies, expressed in g/cm.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Raw materials and their main chemical composition
4.1.1 The raw material is coal fly ash. bzxz.net
4.1.2 The chemical composition of coal fly ash is determined according to the method specified in GB176, and its main chemical composition meets the numerical specifications specified in Table 1. Table 1 Main chemical composition of coal fly ash Chemical composition 4.2 True density and particle size distribution 45. 10--52.32 Approved by the State Environmental Protection Agency on May 1, 1991 A 24.43~34.47 7. 55~10. 87 3. 90~-5. 28 Implemented on August 1, 1992 4.2.1 True density CB 13269-91 True density is determined by the liquid penetration method specified in GB5161. The value should be: True density of coal fly ash 1 p = 2. 3 ± 0. 2 (g/cm2) True density of coal fly ash 2 e = 2.5 ± 0. 1(g/cm\) 4.2.2 Particle size distribution
According to GB6524 or similar standards, the particle size distribution of dust shall be determined by liquid sedimentation method, with Stokes equivalent diameter as the measurement unit. The particle size distribution of the two types of coal fly ash shall comply with the numerical ranges in Table 2 and Table 3. Table 2 Particle size distribution of coal fly ash 1
