This standard is a revision of JB 3018-81 Salt Bath Furnace Transformer. Compared with the original standard, the main revisions are as follows: 1. The format of the standard is in accordance with GB/T1.1-1993. 2. The structure and content of the standard are in accordance with GB/T1.3-1997. 3. Add a "reference standard" item in the standard, and confirm the referenced standards according to the current standards. 4. The connection dimension number is changed according to GB1094.1 standard. Since the salt bath furnace transformer no longer uses hot rolled silicon steel sheets, the parameters of group I are cancelled in the performance data table. 5
6 The reduction method of product model is in accordance with the standard of JB3837, and this standard will not be explained in detail. This standard replaces JB3018-81 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Transformer Standardization. The drafting units of this standard are: Shenyang Transformer Research Institute and Harbin Transformer Factory. The main drafter of this standard is Lin Ran.
This standard was first issued in 1981 and revised for the first time in 1998. Shenyang Transformer Research Institute is entrusted to interpret this standard. I

4.10When the sea level of the installation site exceeds 1000m (not exceeding 4000m), the influence of the lower heat dissipation efficiency caused by the increase in sea level is compensated by the lower ambient temperature, so the temperature rise limit of each transformer may not be corrected: Note
1When the altitude of the test site exceeds 1000m at the factory, the correction of the temperature rise limit of the transformer shall comply with the provisions of G11094.2. 2When the sea level of the installation site does not exceed 1000 n1, the temperature rise limit of all parts of the transformer in Table 3 shall not be corrected. The transformer shall have overload taps that meet the working needs of the salt bath furnace, and the overload time of each overload tap shall not exceed 1.5H within 8h. 4.11
The other taps of the transformer except the overload tap shall not be operated in a state exceeding the capacity specified on the nameplate. 4.12
