3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Formwork scaffolding Rental enterprises formwork and scaffolding rental enterprises are economic organizations that engage in the leasing of formwork, scaffolding and related accessories for construction and provide supporting services. 4 GradingbZxz.net
Formwork and scaffolding rental enterprises are divided into five grades, namely special grade, first grade, second grade, third grade and fourth grade. Special grade is the highest grade. 5 Basis for grading
The grading of formwork and scaffolding rental enterprises is mainly based on factors such as the scale of the enterprise's leased assets, annual income, quality of leased assets, business premises and personnel, management and services. 6

6.1 Scale of leased assets

6.2.2 If special-grade and first-grade leasing enterprises have won provincial or national comprehensive industry honors for three consecutive years before applying for enterprise grade classification and evaluation, the minimum requirements for the scale of leasing objects and annual rental income can be floated down by 20%. 6.3 Quality requirements for leasing objects
6.3.1 The quality of steel pipe fasteners purchased by leasing enterprises shall meet the requirements of GB15831 and JGJ130. 6.3.2 The quality of combined steel formwork purchased by leasing enterprises shall meet the requirements of GB50214. 6.3.3 The quality of portal scaffolding purchased by leasing enterprises shall meet the requirements of JGJ128. 6.3.4 The quality of all-steel large formwork purchased by leasing enterprises shall meet the requirements of JGJ74. 6.3.5 The quality of the cup-hook steel pipe scaffolding purchased by the leasing company shall meet the requirements of JGJ166. 6.3.6
If the leased items purchased by the leasing company do not have national standards or industry standards, their quality shall meet the relevant requirements and regulations of the national or local construction departments and production safety supervision and management departments. 6.3.7 The leasing company shall hold the product qualification certificate of the manufacturer of the leased items. 6.3.8 The maintenance standards of the leased items shall meet the requirements for safe use. Leased items that do not meet the requirements for safe use shall be scrapped and eliminated, and all quality management process data shall be kept complete. 6.3.9 Leased items shall be quality inspected by qualified industry quality inspection agencies, and the leasing company shall keep the relevant inspection data. 6.4 Business premises and personnel
6.4.1 Business premises
6.4.1.1 Business premises shall meet the following conditions: - Good building structure;
- Clear signs;
- Fire prevention, anti-theft and other safety facilities shall be set up in accordance with relevant regulations and managed by a dedicated person;---- Reasonable layout. Leased items shall be neatly arranged according to scaffolding, templates, accessories, etc. 6.4.1.2 The business premises of special, first, second and third-level leasing enterprises shall be fixed places with the leasing enterprise's own assets or a lease term of more than five years, and the business premises of fourth-level leasing enterprises shall be fixed places with the leasing enterprise's own assets or a lease term of more than three years. 6.4.1.3 The land area evaluation index requirements for the business premises of leasing enterprises at all levels are shown in Table 3. 6.4.2.2 Special, first and second level leasing enterprises should have professionally trained management personnel and senior technical personnel. Third and fourth level leasing enterprises should have professionally trained management personnel and technical personnel. 6.4.2.3 All staff should meet local employment requirements, and operating personnel should be equipped with corresponding labor protection supplies. 6.5 Management and service

Leasing enterprises should meet the following conditions:
According to the provisions of GB/T19001, they should have complete documented procedures, complete quality records, and preventive and improvement measures; service work in each position should strictly implement service operating procedures and provide standardized services; staff should establish a service consciousness of honesty, love for work, respect for duty, and efficiency, and pay attention to appearance and etiquette; have skilled service skills, maintain a warm, thoughtful, polite service attitude and high-quality and efficient service quality; staff in each position should have training experience and proficient job skills. 6.5.3 Management and service evaluation indicators of leasing enterprises at all levels The management and service evaluation indicators of leasing enterprises at all levels are shown in Table 5.
