3.1 Clean air output

Appearance quality and cleanliness
Clean air output is equal to the product of air purification efficiency and air volume at the outlet of air purifier, which is used to evaluate the cleaning ability of air purifier.
3.2 Purification efficiency
The ratio of the difference in the count concentration of 2um dust particles in the inlet and outlet air of the air purifier without dust accumulation to the count concentration of the inlet air. The efficiency is expressed in percentage (%).
4 Type
4.1. Air purifiers are divided into four types according to their indoor installation methods: table-mounted, wall-mounted, hanging, and cabinet. According to the capture type, they are divided into three types: filtering, electrostatic, and composite. According to the fan type, it is divided into three types: centrifugal, cross-flow and axial flow. 4.2 The type code of air purifier shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1

6.1 The air purifier shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 6.2 The rated voltage of the air purifier is 220V and the rated frequency is 50Hz. When the voltage fluctuates within the range of 198~242V, the air purifier should be used without failure.
6.3 According to the provisions of GB4706.1, the air purifier should be able to start working. 6.4 According to the conditions specified in this standard, the temperature rise of the air purifier shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB4706.1. 6.5 The insulation resistance, electrical strength and leakage current shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB4706.1. 6.6 The closing and opening of the switch and the temperature rise of the switch shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB4706.1. 2

When the air volume of the air purifier is tested according to this standard, its deviation value is 10% of the rated air volume. 6.8
The ozone concentration released by the air purifier should not exceed 0.1mg/m\. 6.9
The main components of the air purifier should be made of materials that are harmless, odorless and self-contained, and ensure firmness and durability. The appearance of the air purifier should not have fingerprints or scratches, and comply with the relevant provisions of ZBJ72029. The external electrical performance of the air purifier shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB4706.1. The standard parts, outsourced parts and purchased parts of the air purifier must comply with the provisions of the relevant standards and be accompanied by a product certificate. Test method
The start-up test shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB/T4283. Temperature rise test shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB4706.1. 7.3 Insulation test, electrical strength test and leakage current test shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB4706.1. 7.4 Switch test shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB4706.1. 7.5 Air volume test shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB1236. 7.6
Noise test shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB9068. Input power test
Apply rated frequency and rated voltage to measure its input power. 7.8 Filtration efficiency test

7.8.6.3 Use a high-efficiency filter to make the initial concentration of dust in the test room reach the relevant provisions of GB12218. 7.8.6.4 Continuously measure the concentration three times at the inlet and outlet of the air purifier, and take the average value of each. If the relative error of the measured values at the three points exceeds 10%, it should be re-measured.

8.1 Each air purifier shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer according to this standard before it can leave the factory. 8.2 The inspection of air purifiers is divided into factory inspection, type inspection and random inspection. 8.2.1
Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: the first batch of products manufactured after identification and finalization or old products produced in a transferred factory; after formal production, when there are major changes in structure, process and materials that may affect product performance; when the product is produced again after being discontinued for 3 years;
When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. JB/T7952-95

Each air purifier shall be fixed with a label in a conspicuous position. The label shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T13306 and shall be marked with the following contents: a.

Product model and name;
Main technical parameters: air volume, efficiency, noise, voltage, frequency, power; Manufacturing date:
Product number.
9.2 Each air purifier should have a trademark in a conspicuous place. 9.3
The packaging of air purifiers should comply with the relevant provisions of ZBJ72026. Air purifiers should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse and prevent the product from being hit. Additional remarks:
