1999-09-17 Issued by National Bureau of Machinery Industry, implemented on January 1, 2000, JB/T9833.1-1999. This standard is a revision of ZBB93D23-90 "Technical conditions for small-scale crude vegetable oil refining equipment". Compared with ZBB93023-90, the main technical contents of this standard are as follows: 1) The refined oil standard is changed, and the high-grade filling and blending oil standard is implemented; 2) The crude oil quality index is changed: the color selection requirement is added; the refining yield standard is adjusted; 3) The connection technical requirements are added: 4) The test of availability is changed to the first time before the first drop. Scope: Scope of small plant oil refining equipment Specifications JB.T9823.1—1999 ZBB93023-1999 This standard specifies the main performance indicators, technical requirements, assembly and installation requirements, workshop safety facilities, inspection rules, material packaging, transportation, etc. of small plant oil refining equipment. This standard uses small plant oil refining equipment (hereinafter referred to as refining equipment) as the reference standard. 5.3 Assembly requirements

5.3, 1 All parts of the complete set of equipment must be qualified, and purchased parts and outsourced parts must be tested and certified before they can be assembled. 5.3.2 Transmission and moving parts must be flexible, accurate, and reliable, without collision, friction, or jamming. 5.3.3 All lubricating and slipping parts should be lubricated with appropriate amount of lubrication according to regulations: S.3.4 The pressure vessels in the set of equipment should be tested at the design pressure of 1.3, and the pressure should be maintained. The pressure drop shall not exceed 2% in 30 minutes.
5.3.5 All the equipment in the complete set that belongs to the customer service department shall be tested for pressure at 1.2 times of the designed pressure, and the pressure shall be maintained for 20 minutes. The pressure drop shall not exceed 2%.
3.6 For water tanks, oil tanks, platform feet, etc., sugarcane water acid test shall be carried out. After filling with water, it shall be kept for 2 hours without leakage: 5.3. After the color installation is inspected, it shall be cleaned and painted according to the requirements of B/T5673. 5.4.Installation requirements
5.4.1 The installation of complete sets of equipment should be tight, easy to operate, with reasonable process flow, easy to install and sufficient lighting. 5.4.2
For each installation, the verticality between the axis and the bearing surface shall not exceed 1.5/1000, and the height deviation shall not exceed 4mm5.4.3 The equipment shall be tested for single air gauges during installation, and the operation shall be stable, flexible, without abnormal noise, and the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 20°C5.4 The installation of the conveying equipment shall not have airtightness, oil leakage, water leakage, etc. 5.5.2 The minimum distance between the pipe and the pipe end is 120mm, and the minimum distance between the pipe and the pipe end is 100mm. 5.5.3 When a group of pipes are parallel to the top plane, regardless of the size of the pipe point diameter and the bottom of the pipe, the minimum distance between the pipes is less than 10mm. 5.5.4 When a group of pipes are parallel to the top plane, they should be connected as shown in Figure 3 and 4. 999

5.5.5 When a group of pipelines are not consistent, the pipeline with the highest height shall be at the top; in descending order, the pipeline with the lowest temperature shall be at the bottom. 5.5.
