Before the whole machine performance test, the operating parameters should be calculated. Under the conditions of maximum stroke and rated suspension point load, the mass of the suspension point hanging weight corresponding to each stroke and the peak torque (maximum torque) with two peak torques equal to each other are calculated, and several groups of operating parameters (operating conditions) can be obtained. From several groups of operating parameters, the operating parameters with the largest peak torque but not exceeding the rated value are selected as the whole machine performance test operating parameters. If there are no operating parameters that meet the above requirements, the mass of the suspension point hanging weight should be reduced (the suspension point load should be reduced), and the operating parameters with the largest suspension point load should be recalculated under the conditions of maximum stroke and rated torque of the reducer. The group with the largest suspension point load is selected as the whole machine performance test operating parameters. SY/T5212-—2000 The relative error between the calculated suspension point load, stroke, and stroke and the actual measured value shall not be greater than 5%. The continuous operation time shall not be less than 3h under the required operating parameters. 3.2.1.4 The test methods for some items of the whole machine performance test are shown in Appendix A (Appendix to the standard). 3.2.2 The quality of main parts and appearance is divided into quality grades according to the qualified rate of sub-item categories (see Table 3), and then its comprehensive quality grade is determined. Table 3 Main parts and appearance quality grade index test qualified rate Main parts key items Main parts main items Appearance quality The comprehensive quality grade of main parts and appearance quality is divided as follows: a) Qualified: Two or more of the category numbers 1.2 and 3 are qualified: % 6) First class: Category number 1 is qualified: Category numbers 2 and 3 are respectively excellent, first class (first class, excellent) or all are first class: c) Excellent: Category number 1 is qualified: Category numbers 2 and 3 are all excellent.
