When the grade is not specified in the contract, it shall be delivered according to grade 11. b. Cold-drawn square steel wire shall comply with the provisions of GB3204-82 "Dimensions, Shape, Weight and Permissible Deviations of Cold-drawn Square Steel Wire". When the grade is not specified in the contract, it shall be delivered according to grade 11. c. Cold-drawn hexagonal steel wire shall comply with the provisions of GB3205-82 "Dimensions, Shape, Weight and Permissible Deviations of Cold-drawn Hexagonal Steel Wire". When the grade is not specified in the contract, it shall be delivered according to grade 12. d. Silver-bright steel wire shall comply with the provisions of GB3207-82 "Dimensions, Shape, Weight and Permissible Deviations of Silver-bright Steel". When the grade is not specified in the contract, it shall be delivered according to grade 11. e: The allowable deviation of the size of the straightened steel wire shall comply with the provisions of Class 12 in GB342-82. 2.2 Coil weight Each coil of steel wire consists of one wire, and its coil weight shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The lighter weight of the steel wire shall not exceed 10% of the weight of each batch of delivery. Table 1 Wire diameter 0,2~0.3 Maximum weight per reel, kg Normal Published by National Bureau of Standards on 1982-09·23 Lighter Wire diameter >6.0-10,0bzxz.net Weight per reel, kg Normal No less Lighter Implementation of 1983-07-D1 2.3 Marking example GB 8206-82 The cold-drawn round carbon structural steel wire made of 45 steel with mechanical properties in soft state, dimensional tolerance of 11, and diameter of 5mm is marked as: 3 Technical requirements 3.1 Brand and chemical classification: Cold-drawn carbon structural steel wire 11-5-GB342-8245-R-GB 3206-82 3.1.1 The steel wire is made of 8F, 10, 10F, 15, 15F20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60 steel in GB699-65 "Technical conditions for high-quality carbon structural steel grades". 3.1.2 According to the agreement between the supply and demand parties, the steel wire can be made of other high-quality carbon structural steel grades. 3.2 Mechanical properties 3.2.1 Mechanical properties of hard steel wire Wire diameter The mechanical properties of hard steel wire shall comply with the requirements of Table 2. Table 2 Tensile strength, kgf/mm3 10(F)5(F)~20 26~3 40 ~ :50 Not less than 0.20~0.75 >0.75~1.0 10 (F) Bending, times 15(F ) ~20j 25 ~35 Not less than 40 ~ 50 55 - 60 3.2.1.2 For steel wires with a diameter less than or equal to 0.75 mm, the knotted tensile test shall be used instead of the bending test, and the knotted breaking force shall not be less than 50% of the unknotted breaking force. 3.2.1.3 For steel wires with a diameter greater than 7 mm, the number of bends shall not be used as a basis for judgment. Square and hexagonal steel wires are not subject to bending tests. 3.2.2 Mechanical properties of steel wires in soft state The mechanical properties of steel wires in soft state shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Only upon the request of the purchaser, steel wires with a diameter greater than or equal to 3 mm are subject to elongation and shrinkage tests. Tensile strength 0h, kgf/mm* 45 ~ 70 Elongation*8:, % Shrinkage rate, ring 3.3 Quality: GB 3206—82 Continued Table 3 Tensile strength g, kgf/mm2 55 ~ 80 55 - 80 60 ~ 85 61 85 65 ~99 65- 90 Elongation 5:, % Shrinkage rate, The surface of the steel wire should be smooth, without cracks, spots, folds, iron oxide and rust. Peripheral scratches or mechanical scratches with a depth not exceeding 0.02mm and individual depressions with a depth not exceeding half of the allowable deviation of the size are allowed to exist. 3.4 The technical requirements of silver-filled steel wire shall comply with the provisions of YB247-64 "Silver-filled Steel Technical Conditions". 3.5 Special requirements: 3.5.1 After negotiation between the supplier and the buyer, the depth of the decarburized layer of 35-60 steel shall be tested. The total depth of the decarburized layer on one side of the cold-drawn steel wire (iron case plus partial decarburized layer) shall not exceed 1.5% of the cross-sectional size of the steel wire. 8.5.2 After agreement between the supplier and the buyer, the microstructure of the steel wire for automatic turning processing shall be ferrite plus lamellar pearlite. 3.5.3 After agreement between the supplier and the buyer, the tensile strength range of the soft state steel wire can be reduced. Test method 4.1 The number of steel wire samples shall comply with the provisions of GB2103-80 "General Provisions for Acceptance, Packaging, Marking and Quality Certificate of Steel Wire". The sampling part is cut from one end of the wire coil. 4.2 The test method of steel wire shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. The surface quality of the steel wire shall be checked by naked eyes. 4.4 The size of the steel wire shall be measured by a measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.01 to 0.001 mm in two mutually perpendicular directions on the same cross section. 4,5 The depth of surface defects of the steel wire shall be determined by measuring the diameter of the steel wire at that location after the defects are removed. 5 Inspection rules, marking, packaging and quality certificate 5.1 The inspection rules, marking and quality certificate of steel wire shall comply with the provisions of GB2103-80. The packaging shall comply with the provisions of the three types of packaging in GB2103-80. 5.2 The chemical composition of the steel used for the steel wire shall be certified by the quality certificate.
