Note: Export bearing codes can be implemented according to the agreement between the supply and demand parties. 5.2 Marking Marking example: Carbon steel bearing 6205/CSJB/T8570---1997 indicates a carbon steel deep groove ball bearing that meets the requirements of this standard, with a size series of 02 and an inner diameter of 25 mm. 6 Technical requirements 6.1 Materials and heat treatment The carbon structural steel used in bearing parts shall comply with the provisions of GB699. The rings are made of 45 steel, and the working surface hardness after heat treatment is not less than 50HRC. The steel balls are made of 10 or 15 steel, and the surface hardness after carburizing and quenching is not less than 60HRC. 6.2 Tolerances Bearing tolerances are in accordance with the provisions of Tables 3 and 4. The working surface of the bearing is not allowed to have visible burns and scratches, and the appearance quality of the non-working surface shall comply with the regulations of the competent department of the manufacturer. Residual magnetism The bearing should be demagnetized, and the maximum residual magnetism shall not exceed 0.8mT. 6.7 Bearing mark The bearing mark shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3574. 6.8 Others If the subscriber has special requirements for the bearing, it can be determined after consultation with the manufacturer. Testing method The bearing tolerance shall be measured according to the method specified in GB/T307.2. 7.1 7.2 Hardness test of bearing parts shall be carried out according to the method specified in JB/T8566. The radial clearance of bearings shall be measured according to the load instrument measurement method specified in JB/T3573, with a measuring load of 49N. 7.3 JB/T 8570 7.4 Residual magnetism of bearings shall be measured according to the regulations of J13/6641. 1997 7.5 Appearance quality shall be inspected under a diffuse light. If there is any objection, it shall be inspected according to the regulations of Appendix A of JB/T8566~1997. 8 Inspection rules Finished bearings shall be inspected by the quality management department of the manufacturer. Qualified bearings shall be accompanied by a quality certificate. 8.2 Bearings delivered to subscribers shall be inspected according to the procedures of 2BJ11020 using special inspection level S-4.
