2—1997 QB/T2292 This standard is basically the same as foreign products in terms of product classification. In terms of technical content, such as the insertion, clamping, disengagement, and riveting performance of blind rivets, the quality requirements are all based on foreign advanced standards and strictly regulated, so as to ensure the reliability of the product's performance and service life. This standard is compiled in accordance with GB/T1.1-1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work 1 Unit 1: Basic Regulations for the Drafting and Expression of Standards". This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of the China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard are: Shanghai Tool Industry Research Institute, Shanghai Wood Drill Factory, etc. The main drafters of this standard are: Zhang Yunzhen and Cheng Yongfeng. This standard is entrusted to the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center for interpretation. 676 Part 1: Standard 1 Scope Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Manual Riveter QB/T 2292-1997 This standard specifies the product classification and basic dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of manual rivet guns. This standard applies to manual rivet guns (hereinafter referred to as rivet guns) with single-sided rivets of aluminum, aluminum alloy, and carbon steel, which are 3.0mm and 5.0mm blind rivets as specified in GB/T12619. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When the rivet is tightened, its mandrel must fall off naturally. 4.2.2 The rivet gun should be able to reliably rivet blind rivets under the operating force specified in Table 2. In addition, the handle of the rivet gun should not have deformation that affects its use, and there should be no abnormalities in various parts.
