5 Test method
5.1 General conditions of the test
5.1.1 Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3186. HG/T2237—91

6 Inspection rules
6.1 All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items, among which the original paint color, original paint appearance and transparency, viscosity, drying time, paint film appearance, impact strength, hardness, adhesion, cupping test, gloss and water resistance are factory inspection items. Under normal production conditions, type inspection is carried out once every six months, among which the cupping test is for the first batch or the first batch of continuous batches. 6.2 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard and shall be issued with a certificate of conformity, and instructions for use and precautions shall be attached when necessary.
6.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the product according to the provisions of this standard. If the quality is found not to meet the technical requirements of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and re-test according to GB3186. If it still does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the product is unqualified and the receiving department has the right to return it.
6.4 The product is sampled according to GB3186, and the sample should be divided into two parts (one is sealed and stored, and the other is used as a sample for inspection). 6.5 When the product leaves the factory, the product packaging, quantity and marking shall be inspected and checked. If the packaging is damaged or leaking, the quantity is inconsistent, or the marking does not meet the regulations, it shall be handled in time. 6.6 When the supply and demand parties have a dispute over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall perform arbitration inspection. 7 Marking

8.1 The product should be stored in clean, dry and sealed containers, with the filling volume not exceeding 95% of the volume. When storing, the product should be kept ventilated, dry, and protected from direct sunlight. It should be isolated from fire and heat sources. When the temperature is too high in summer, efforts should be made to cool it down. 8.2 When transporting the product, it should be protected from rain and sunlight, and should comply with relevant regulations. 8.3 The product has an effective storage period of one year from the date of production under the storage and transportation conditions in accordance with Articles 8.1 and 8.2. 9 Safety and Health Regulations
This paint contains organic solvents such as xylene and butanol, which are flammable liquids and have certain toxicity. Attention should be paid to ventilation at the construction site, and measures such as fire prevention, anti-static and poisoning prevention should be taken. A1 The construction is mainly spraying. The paint should be stirred before construction. The thinner can be ZBG52003X-4 amino thinner or a mixed solvent of xylene and butanol (4:1).
A2 When used as a glazing, the paint film on the surface of the object to be coated should be gently polished and cleaned with sandpaper before use. A3 To make the paint film bright and full, the baking temperature should not be too high. A4 After spraying, the construction parts must be left to stand for more than 5 minutes before baking.
