4 Requirements
4.1 Content requirements
4.1.1 Product name
The name of the type of solanaceous products should be described. The true attributes of the solanaceous products should be described, and a special name that will not cause misunderstanding or confusion to buyers should be used. When one or more names of a certain Solanaceae product are specified in national standards, industry standards or local standards, one of them or an equivalent name should be selected

When there is no name specified in national standards, industry standards or local standards, a common name or popular name that will not mislead or confuse buyers should be used.
4.1.2 Product Variety
The name of the variety of Solanaceae products should be described. 4.1.3 Product Origin
The name of the planting area where the Solanaceae products are obtained should be described. Imported Solanaceae products should describe the country of origin or the name of the region (such as Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan).
The origin should be described at the prefecture-level according to administrative divisions. 4.1.4 Producer Name
Solanum products produced and sold domestically (excluding imported Solanaceae products) should describe the name of the production organization or individual.
4.1.5 Name of seller
When necessary, the name of the sales organization or individual should be described. For imported Solanaceae products, the name of the agent, importer or distributor registered in China in accordance with the law should be described. 4.1.6 Address of producer
The address of the Solanaceae production organization or individual should be described. 4.1.7 Address of seller
When necessary, the address of the sales organization or individual should be described. For imported Solanaceae products, the address of the agent, importer or distributor registered in China in accordance with the law should be described. 4.1.8 Contact information of producer
