This standard applies to cooling fans of condensing internal combustion engines with and without generators (hereinafter referred to as fans). 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. The allowable unbalance and the weight-removing parts during balance correction shall be in accordance with the product drawings. The bearings shall have protective devices and the bearing space shall maintain an appropriate amount of grease. 4.5.2 4.5.3 The outer surface of the fan shall be smooth and clean without obvious damage or defects; the coating shall be free of rust, peeling and flaking; the paint layer shall be uniform, complete and firm without bubbles, accumulation and flow marks. 4.5.4 The dimensions, shape and position of the appearance and installation parts (including the parts related to the matching condensing radiator) shall comply with the requirements of the product drawings. 4.5.5 The parts shall be correctly positioned without missing parts; the fastening shall be reliable; the impeller shall rotate flexibly without contact, friction, blockage, etc. 4.5.6 The axial movement of the fan shaft shall be less than 0.2mm. 4.5.7 There shall be no abnormal noise during operation. Performance in use The fan performance shall comply with the requirements of Table 1. For the fan generator, it shall also comply with the provisions of 4.6.3~4.6.11. The generator adopts the maximum continuous rated working system. The protection level of the generator shall be in accordance with IPX3 in GB/T4942.1. The insulation of the generator winding shall not be lower than Class B. The rated voltage and cold working performance of the generator shall comply with the requirements of Table 3. The temperature rise limit of the generator is 60℃. The insulation between the live conductor and the non-live conductor of the fan generator shall not be broken down after the 550V withstand voltage test. After the following tests, there shall be no damage to the parts and loose fasteners of the fan generator, and the cold working performance shall still meet the requirements of Table 3: a) Overspeed test of 1.2 times the rated speed; b) 10° vibration test. 4.6.10 After the following tests, the appearance quality of the fan generator shall be intact, and the cold working performance shall still meet the requirements of Table 3: a) High temperature test of 85℃; b) Temperature change test of -10℃ and +85℃. 4.6.11 After the 3000h endurance test, the reduction rate of the rated output power of the fan generator shall not exceed 5%. 4 1) n-rated speed. Inspection method According to JB/T6723.4 regulations. Inspection rules 6.1 Fans must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory. 6.2 Factory inspection Fans should be inspected according to the requirements of 4.5.3~4.5.7 before leaving the factory, and fan generators should also be inspected according to the requirements of 4.6.6 and 4.6.8. 6.3 Type inspection The manufacturer should conduct type inspection of the product at least once every two years in accordance with the technical requirements specified in this standard. 6.4 When fans are delivered and accepted in batches, the inspection items are the same as the factory inspection. When the ordering unit conducts random inspection of product quality, it should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. 7 Marking, packaging, storage 7.1 Each fan should be marked in an obvious position: a) product name, model; b) rated speed, rated voltage and rated output power; c) factory number; d) manufacturing date; e) manufacturer's name and trademark. The marking should be clear and reliable; the marking position, size and method should comply with the product drawings or technical documents. 7.2 The fan should be accompanied by a certificate signed by the inspection personnel of the manufacturer's quality inspection department when it leaves the factory. 7.3 The fans should be placed in a certain number, safely and reliably in cardboard boxes or wooden boxes. The products should not move in the box to ensure that they will not be lost or damaged during normal transportation. 6723.3—1999 7.4 The total weight of the packing box should not exceed 25kg. The box should be accompanied by the product manual and packing list. The fans in each packing box should be of the same model.
