Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of ChinawwW.bzxz.Net Realgar Ore and Orpiment Ore Sample Collection and Preparation Methods Subject Content and Scope of Application HG/T2275.2—92 This standard specifies the collection and preparation methods of analytical samples used to test the quality of realgar and orpiment products. This standard applies to realgar and orpiment products. 2 Reference Standards GB6003 Test Sieve GB6678 General Rules for Sampling of Chemical Products 3 Sampling and Sample Preparation Tools 3.1 Sampling Probe, Sampling Shovel, Platform Scale, Crusher, Grinder, Reducer. 3.2 Standard Sieve (GB6003) R40/3 Series: 2mm, 150um. 4 Sampling quantity 4.1 The sampling quantity of block realgar and orpiment mineral products shall be not less than 0.1% of the batch, and the sample quantity shall not be less than 250g.4.2 The sampling quantity of flotation concentrate products shall be not less than 0.01% of the batch, and the sample quantity shall not be less than 50g.4.3 The number of packaging boxes (bags) to be selected shall be in accordance with Article 6.6.1 of GB6678: When the total number of boxes (bags) N is less than 10, sampling shall be carried out box by box (bag); when the total number of boxes (bags) is less than 500, it shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Table 2 of GB6678. If the number of bags is greater than 500, the formula (1) shall be used. n=3×VN Wherein: n-the number of selected packaging boxes (bags); N-the total number of boxes (bags). 5 Exploration operation method 5.1 Ore pile sampling Sampling shall be carried out at a depth below 0.1m from the surface. The sampling point shall be no less than 0.1m from each side (or bottom), and the amount of incremental sample taken from each point shall be similar. A grid shall be laid on the ore pile with a line spacing of 1m on the plane, and a grid shall be used at each intersection. Take the sample with a sampling shovel (as shown in Figure 1). The sample size and total sample volume should comply with the provisions of 4.1 or 4.2. The Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China approved the standard on March 11, 1992. The standard was implemented on July 1, 1992. 5.2 Sampling of packaging boxes (bags) 5.2.1. Sampling of packaging boxes HG/T2275.2-92 Randomly select n according to the provisions of 4.3 Boxes, arrange points in each box according to Figure 2, and take two samples with a sampling shovel. The sample size and total sample amount should comply with the provisions of 4.1. 5.2.2 Sampling of packaging bags Randomly select n bags according to the provisions of 4.3, and take two samples from each bag with a sampling shovel (lump ore) or a sampling probe (flotation concentrate). The sample size and total sample amount should comply with the provisions of 4.1 or 4.2. 6 Sample preparation Merge, crush, sieve, mix and reduce the original samples taken from the same batch. The processing process is carried out step by step according to formula (2). 6.1 Where: Q—-minimum reliable mass of the sample, kg; d—maximum particle size of the sample, mm; K reduction coefficient, take 0.2. 6.2 The sample is crushed and reduced to about 2kg step by step according to 6.1, and ground until all pass through the 2mm standard sieve. About 800g is evenly taken out and placed in a clean and dry brown ground-mouth bottle for moisture determination. 6.3 The remaining sample is further ground and all pass through the 150um standard sieve. Mix and reduce to about 200g. This sample is the final sample. Note: If the sample has a high moisture content and is inconvenient to prepare, it can be pre-dried at 80±2℃. 6.4 Mix the final sample thoroughly, divide it into two equal parts by quartering, and place them in two clean and dry brown ground-mouth bottles. Label them with the sample name, number, batch number, production unit, sampling date and sampler, and store them in a dark place. One bottle is used as a laboratory sample, and one bottle is used as a sample for preparation. The sample for preparation is kept for 3 months.
