Basic Information
Standard ID:
JB/T 7101-1993
Standard Name: Metal coating and chemical treatment classification code for relays and their devices
This standard specifies the composition, representation and requirements of the classification codes and markings of metal coatings and chemical treatments for relays and their devices. This standard applies to electroplating, chemical plating and chemical treatments on metal and non-metal parts of relays and relay protection devices. This standard also applies to automatic monitoring devices for power system safety and similar products. When there are special requirements for metal coatings and chemical treatments that are not specified in this standard, they should be specified in relevant technical documents or enterprise standards. JB/T7101-1993 Classification code and marking of metal plating and chemical treatment of relays and their devices Mechanical industry standard of the People's Republic of China Classification code and marking of metal plating and chemical treatment of relays and their devices Subject content and scope of application JB/T7101-1993 This standard specifies the composition, expression method and requirements of the classification code and marking of metal plating and chemical treatment of relays and their devices. This standard applies to electroplating, chemical plating and chemical treatment on metal and non-metal products of relays and power protection devices. This standard also applies to automatic monitoring devices for power system safety and similar products. If there are special requirements for metal plating and chemical treatment, which are not specified in this standard, they should be specified in relevant technical documents or enterprise standards. 2 Reference standards GB1238 GB3138 3 Terms Methods for expressing metal coatings and chemical treatments Common terms and terms for electroplating Terms used in this standard are in accordance with the provisions of GB3138. 4 Classification of coatings and chemical treatments 4.1 According to different plating and treatment methods, it is divided into: a. Electrochemical plating of metals and non-metals: b. Chemical plating of metals and non-metals: c. Chemical treatment of metals and non-metals. 4.2 According to different uses, it is divided into: a, protective plating or chemical treatment: used to prevent metal parts from corroding under different environmental conditions: b. Protective decorative plating or chemical treatment: used for parts that need to be decorated, and also to prevent metal parts from corroding under different environmental conditions; c. Special plating or chemical treatment: used to give certain characteristics to the surface of parts. For example, silver plating is used to improve the conductivity of the surface of parts, hard chrome plating is used to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the surface of parts, and local copper plating is used to prevent carburization, etc. 5. Composition of the classification code and marking of the coating and chemical treatment. The marking of the coating and chemical treatment consists of three parts, and each part is connected by a dot ",". The order of arrangement is as follows: a. Marking of coating Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on October 8, 1993 Implemented on January 1, 1994 b. Composition of chemical treatment marking JB/T7101—1993 Classification and marking method of plating and chemical treatment 6 Post-treatment Coating thickness Coating name Coating characteristics Plating method Post-treatment Treatment name Treatment characteristics Treatment method Plating method, treatment method, coating characteristics, treatment characteristics, treatment name and post-treatment are all expressed in Chinese pinyin, and the coating name is expressed in 6.1 element symbols, see Table 1 and Table 3. Electroplating, electrochemical treatment Chemical plating Chemical treatment Full bright Semi bright Black (nickel, chromium) Symbols for plating methods and treatment methods Used Sinology and Chinese Pinyin Chinese Pinyin Table 2 Symbols for plating characteristics and treatment characteristics Used Chinese characters and Chinese Pinyin| |tt||No Pinyin Symbols Symbols Chromate Sealing JB/T7101—1993 Treatment Name and Post-treatment Symbols Chinese Characters and Pinyin Pinyin GeFcng The coating thickness is expressed in numbers, in microns, and the value is the lower limit of the thickness range. a. If necessary, the coating thickness range can be marked; if the coating thickness is otherwise specified in the enterprise standard, it may not be marked. b. Example: Chemical nickel plating 3~5μm Electroplating dark nickel 7~10m (thickness range needs to be marked)Electroplating 60% tin-lead containing gold 15~20μm6.3 Color representation method H·Ni3 D ?Ni7~10 D·60SnPb15 Common colors of passivation and oxidation after electroplating are represented by Chinese phonetic letters, see Table 4. Example: Electrogalvanizing 15~20μm and then passivated into rainbow colors Table 4 Methods for expressing multi-layer coatings D·Zn15·DC Symbols for commonly used colors Chinese characters and pinyin adopted Pinyin The name of the coating should be marked with the name and thickness of each layer in the order of coating, and the layers should be separated by slashes "". Example: Multi-layer full bright chrome plating with copper and nickel as the middle layer 25~30μm D·L3Cu15/Ni10/Cr25 Symbols adopted Symbols adopted If there are enterprise standards or technical documents that make corresponding provisions for the middle layer of multi-layer coatings, only the name and total thickness of the last coating can be marked, and parentheses are added to the coating name to distinguish it from the single-layer coating. Example: Multi-layer bright chrome plating 25~30μm Symbols for preparation process or independent finishing treatment 6.5 DL2(Cr)25 6.5.1 When the preparation process is used as an independent finishing treatment, it shall be represented by the symbols specified in Table 5. 419 Example: Chemical degreasing Organic solvent degreasing Electrolytic degreasing Chemical degreasing Chemical pickling Electrochemical polishing Chemical polishing Mechanical polishing JB/T7101-1993 Symbols for preparation procedures Chinese characters and pinyin used Pinyin RongChu DianChuWww.bzxZ.net HuaChu HuaSuan DianPao HuaPao PenSha GunGuang MuoGuang Shua Guang Use symbols 6.5.2 The preparation process should not appear in the representation method. If it must be represented at the same time as the plating, it should be separated by a slash "". Example: Sandblasting and electroplating zinc 7~10μm PS/D?Zn7 Fastener electroplating can be simplified, that is, the coating method symbol "D" and the rainbow color symbol after electroplating are omitted in the marking.6 No. "c". Example: Fasteners are electroplated with zinc for 12~15μm and then passivated into rainbow colors. Common metal coatings and chemical treatment methods Zn12·D Common metal coatings and chemical treatment methods are shown in Appendix A. For special requirements, refer to GB1238. 420 Categories of plating and treatment methods Chemical oxidation of steel Electrogalvanizing Purification of electrogalvanizing to rainbow colors Passivation of electrogalvanizing to white Oxidation to black after electroplating Chemical phosphating of pots Electrocopper plating Chemical oxidation of pots and copper alloys Bright chemical oxidation of copper and copper alloys Chemical passivation of copper and pot alloys Electrochemical cyaniding of steel and copper alloys Bright electrochemical oxidation of copper and copper alloys Electronickel plating Semi-bright electronickel plating Bright electronickel plating Multilayer electronickel plating Multilayer semi-bright electric lock nickel Multilayer bright electro-nickel Electroplating black nickel Multilayer electroplating chrome Multilayer full-bright electroplating chrome Multilayer bright electroplating chrome Multilayer semi-bright electroplating chrome Electroplating hard chrome Electroplating cream chrome Electroplating tin JB/T71011993 Appendix A List of commonly used metal coatings and chemical treatment representation methods (supplement) Representation method D·Zn·DC D·Zn·DB D·Zn·YH D· Cu H·L2Y D·L2Y D·Ni D·LINi D· L2Ni D?
