3 Types, basic parameters and main dimensions

Technical requirements
4.1 The product shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. Forgings shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.7. Cutting parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/ZQ4000.2. Assembly shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4000.9. 4.5. The coating of non-machined exposed surfaces shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/ZQ4000.10. 8. 4.6 Main parts 4.6.1 Materials JB/T6390-92 The body and piston materials are made of high-strength alloy steel. Its mechanical properties shall not be lower than the provisions of >880N/mm2, >635N/mm2. 4.6.1.2 The support sleeve and sleeve materials are made of high-quality carbon structural steel, and their mechanical properties shall not be lower than the provisions of >630~780N/mm, >370N/mm2.
2 The surface hardness of the opening surface of the support sleeve and the inner hexagon side of the sleeve is 35~40HRC, 4.6.3
The surface roughness parameter R. value of the inner surface of the cylinder body and the outer surface of the piston is 1.6μum: The technical requirements of the oil cylinder shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB7935, 4.7
The internal thread tolerance of the hydraulic bolt pretensioner shall comply with the \6H grade specified in GB197. 4.8
Performance requirements of the whole machine
The deviation of the tension shall not exceed 10%;
The matching high-pressure pump shall be able to meet the working conditions of the hydraulic bolt pretensioner, comply with the relevant standards and have a product certificate of qualification 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Test methods
5.1.1 Factory test
The factory test of the hydraulic bolt pretensioner shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 of JB2134 for trial operation, external leakage and pressure resistance test. 5.1.2 Type test
Type test of hydraulic bolt pretensioner shall be carried out in accordance with the tests specified in Chapter 3 of JB2134. 5.2 Inspection rules
5.2.1 Each hydraulic bolt pretensioner shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer and shall comply with the product certificate before it can be shipped. 5.2.2 Inspection The piston stroke shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 to Table 4. 5.2.3

6.2 The packaging of hydraulic bolt pretensioners should comply with the relevant provisions of GB4879 and GB/T13384. 6.3 The packaging mark of the hydraulic bolt pretensioner shall comply with the provisions of GB191. 6.4 Storage
6.4.1 The hydraulic butterfly bolt pretensioner shall be stored in a dry and ventilated environment. Avoid the invasion of rain, snow and water, avoid contact with acids, organic agents and other substances, and shall not be exposed to sunlight for a long time. 6.4.2 The anti-rust validity period of the hydraulic bolt pretensioner is 12 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer. 9
