Use Class II bamboo plywood of Grade II or above Use Class II bamboo plywood httn·//uwfoodmatanat GB/T 13144—2008 5.1.2 Timber 5.1.2.1 The wood used for packaging boxes should be selected according to the requirements of reasonable use of materials and the provisions of GB/T18926, while ensuring the strength of the packaging boxes. 5.1.2.2 The color of the box boards of the same packaging box should be basically the same, and the outer surface should be flat, without obvious burrs and insect holes (except for repaired insect holes). 5.1.2.3 The allowable defects of each part of the wood used for box making should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T18926. 5.1.2.4 The moisture content of the wood used for box making is generally not more than 20%, and the moisture content of the wood used for Wuqing wood, auxiliary sliding wood, outer box rails and lattice boxes can be below 25%. 5.1.2.5 The size and tolerance of the wood should comply with the provisions of GB/T153 and GB/T 4817. 5.1.2.6 When necessary, the wood used should be fumigated or heat treated to eliminate insect pests. 5.1.3 Steel The steel used in Class II boxes shall comply with the provisions of GB/T700. 5.1.4 Metal parts 5. 1.4. 1 Steel nails Steel nails shall comply with the relevant provisions of YB/T5002. Depending on the situation, glue-coated nails, barbed nails, pallet nails, nails for automatic nailing machines and U-shaped nails can also be used. 5.1.4.2 Climbing bolts, nuts and washers Bolts shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 102, GB/T 5780, GB/T 5781, GB/T 955 and GB/T 897; nuts shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 41 and GB/T6170, and washers shall comply with the provisions of GB/T95. 5. 1.4.3 Steel belt The minimum width of the steel belt is 16mm, the minimum thickness is 0.45m, and its quality shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 5,1.4.4 Metal accessories Metal accessories shall comply with the provisions of GB/T18927. 5.2 Box making 5.2.1 The length and width of the bamboo plywood box shall comply with the provisions of GB/T4892. When the box length is greater than 1200mm and the box width is greater than 1000mm, its dimensions shall meet the requirements of the loading dimensions of the transport vehicle. 5.2.2 The gap between the box rails and the joints between the frame members shall not be greater than 3mm, and shall not be greater than 5mm after the test; the welded parts of the steel frame and the steel base shall not crack after the test. 5.2.3 Adjacent shuttles and adjacent faces shall be perpendicular to each other. The difference between the two diagonals of each face shall not be greater than 0.4% of the diagonal length when the long side of the face is less than 1200mm, and shall not be greater than 0.6% of the diagonal after the test. When the long side of the face is greater than 1200mm, it shall not be greater than 0.3% of the diagonal length, and shall not be greater than 0.5% of the diagonal after the test. 5.2.4 The bamboo plywood box panels of type A and type B boxes are not allowed to be spliced. Type IB boxes with a box length greater than 1200mm can be spliced, but the connection should be arranged at the mid-range. 5.2.5 The splicing of bamboo plywood box panels of type C and type D boxes can be done by butt jointing and lap jointing. 5.2.5.1 The end panels and side panels are generally butt jointed, and the gap between the butt joint interfaces shall not be greater than 5mm. The interface should be arranged at the column or flat support as much as possible, otherwise additional columns or additional flat supports should be added. 5.2.5.2 The top plate should be overlapped, and the overlap width shall not be less than 50mm. The overlap direction should be conducive to drainage. The interface should be arranged at the crossbeam or beam support as much as possible, otherwise additional crossbeams or additional beam supports should be added. 5.2.5.3 The bottom plate can be butted or overlapped according to the situation. The butt joint interval should not be greater than 8mm. The overlap width shall not be less than 10mm and it should be arranged at the pillow or donation. 5.2.6 Edge protection irons and angle protection irons should be nailed on the shuttle and corners. When the weight of the package is greater than 3000kg, the sliding protection iron should be nailed at the lifting point, and the lifting protection iron should be nailed at the contact between the lifting rope and the upper frame. Various metal chip protection parts of the first and second level boxes must be complete. 5.2.7 For C-type boxes and D-type boxes that need ventilation, ventilation holes (mouths) should be opened above the two end faces of the box, and window screens and ventilation hoods should be nailed on the outer walls of the ventilation holes (mouths). 5.2.8 Appearance requirements shall be in accordance with Table 5. Defects of bamboo plywood Color is not Depression Mixed surface pollution Table 5 Requirements for appearance defects of bamboo plywood boxes Not allowed Not allowed GB/T13144—2008 Not allowed Should be removed Not allowed 5. 2. 9 For the structural dimensions, component selection and assembly methods of bamboo plywood boxes, please refer to Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C. 6 Protection methods 6.1 Moisture-proof packaging Moisture-proof packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5048. 6. 2 Waterproof methods Waterproof packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T7350. 6.3 Anti-mildew methods Anti-mildew packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 4768. 6.4 Rust prevention method Rust prevention packaging should comply with the provisions of GB/T4879. 6.5 Fixing of contents Contents should be fastened with bolts or fixed with pressure bars, blocks, steel wires, etc. The contact part between the contents and the reinforcement materials should be protected with buffer materials. The selection of fixing parts should take into account the impact on the contents. 7 Test methods 7.1 For plywood boxes with contents not exceeding 200 kg, appropriate tests of relevant items of GB/T 4857 should be selected. The main test items are pressure test and drop test. 7.2 For bamboo plywood boxes with contents exceeding 200 kg, tests should be carried out according to the relevant items of GB/T5398. A5.2 When assembling the box, the steel nails are nailed from thin materials to thick materials. The steel nails should penetrate about four-fifths of the thick materials, but cannot penetrate. The steel frame of the first-level box must be treated with anti-rust treatment, and the anti-expansion method of the steel frame of the second-level box shall be determined according to the requirements of the contents. B.5.2 The box plate is fixed to the steel frame by riveting, bolting or punching. B.5.4 The box cover is covered on the box body and locked with bolts and nuts.
