The hardness and metallographic structure after heat treatment are as follows: 100.5 a) When made of 65Mn steel, its hardness is 48~56HRC. The metallographic structure is tempered troostite and a small amount of tempered martensite or uniform tempered troostite. b) When made of 35# steel, its hardness should be greater than 48HRC. The metallographic structure is lath martensite and needle martensite. The hardness of the upper half of the working surface and the tail of the mold wall after heat treatment is allowed to be slightly lower, but not less than 38HRC. The hardness measurement points are as specified in Figure 7, 01 ~ 02 JB/T7871.2-1999 Hardness measurement points Figure 7 Plow wall hardness measurement points The working surface of the plow wall should be smooth and should not have defects such as cracks, delamination, burns, etc. There should be no burrs on the edge of the plow wall. 4.5 When checking the plow wall with the sample set, the working surface of the plow wall and the sample set should fit closely, and the local clearance allowed is: 3mm in the sample curve of Articles ⅡI and IV, and 5mm in the sample curve after Article V. 5 Acceptance rules The plow wall must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be assembled or the parts can be shipped. 5.1 5.2' The ordering unit can conduct random inspections on the plow wall according to this standard, and the number of random inspections shall be negotiated by both parties. If there are unqualified ones in the random inspection results, double the number of plow walls shall be sampled for re-inspection. If there are still unqualified ones, they will not be accepted. 6 Marking and packaging The manufacturer's factory mark and plow body type code shall be marked on the non-working surface of the plow wall. 6.1 The working surface of the plow wall shall be coated with rust inhibitor. When the plow wall leaves the factory, it shall be firmly and neatly bundled in groups and packaged for shipment. Each package should be accompanied by the following documents and marks: 6.4 a) Plowboard code and quantity; b) Quality inspection certificate; e) Factory batch number: d) Manufacturer's name.
