This standard specifies the standard types, maximum allowable operating pressures at various temperatures, technical requirements and marking methods of the transmissive, reflective and sight glass plate liquid level gauge series1.0.1
. This standard is applicable to glass plate liquid level gauges used for liquid level indication with a nominal pressure of 0.0~~0.1MPa, normal pressure vessels1.0.2
and 0.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3MPa pressure vessels in the chemical industry, and an operating temperature of 0~250C. The series standards are shown in Table 1.0.2. Man

Technical requirements
4.0.1 All materials used to manufacture liquid level gauges must have a quality certificate issued by Taige. In addition to complying with the material standards currently stipulated by the state, the materials used must also comply with the requirements of this standard and design documents.
4.0.2 For the glass plate material in this standard, when tempered silicon glass is used, the heat-resistant rapid temperature difference of the glass plate should be 240℃, and the glass plate should comply with QB776-80 "Standard for Glass Plates and Protective Glass Tubes for Reduced-surface Gauges".
When the main body material of the liquid level gauge is made of carbon fiber (I), stainless steel (I), and carbon steel strip (I), the gasket material of the light-type (T type) and reflective type (R type) liquid level gauge should be multiplying graphite composite gasket, and the gasket material of the sight glass type (S. plastic) liquid level gauge should be asbestos rubber sheet.
The allowable deviation of the size between the upper and lower flanges of the T type and R type level gauges is as follows; 4.a.4
The sealing surfaces of the two flanges should be in the same vertical plane, and the allowable deviation of their verticality should be less than 1mam.
The allowable deviation of the spacing of the vertical lines passing through the centers of the two flange sealing surfaces should be less than 1.5mm.
The allowable deviation of the spacing between the centers of the two flanges should be ±1.5mm.3
The automatic closing pressure of the steel ball of the needle valve of the T type and R type liquid level gauge is 0.3MPa.4.0. 5
For the protected T-type and R-type liquid level gauges, when steam heating is adopted, the steam pressure shall be less than or equal to 0.6MPa.
Hydraulic pressure test
After the T-type and R-type liquid level gauges are manufactured, they shall be subjected to a hydraulic pressure test at 1.5 times the nominal pressure of the liquid level gauge, and the pressure test requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB 150. The 2S-type liquid level gauge shall be assembled on the equipment and subjected to a hydraulic pressure test at the same time as the equipment, and the test pressure and test requirements shall be consistent with those of the equipment. 4. 0. 8 Air tightness test
If the design has other requirements, an air tightness test shall also be carried out after the water pressure test is passed. The test pressure of the T-type and R-type liquid level gauges is 1.05 times the nominal pressure of the liquid level gauge, and the test requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB150. The test pressure and test requirements of S-type liquid level gauge are the same as those of the equipment.
Weld flaw detection
Magnetic particle flaw detection shall be carried out in accordance with Article 11 of JB4730-94: T-type and R-type, Grade I qualified;
S-type, qualified if it meets the requirements of 11.13:1;
Color flaw detection shall be carried out in accordance with Article 12 of JB4730-94. T-type and R-type, Grade I qualified;
+S-type, qualified if it meets the requirements of 12.7.1. The oil, packaging and transportation of liquid level gauges shall comply with the specifications in JB2536 standard. 10
