GB/T13384--1992 General technical conditions for packaging of electromechanical products 3 General requirements
3.1 Valves must be manufactured in accordance with the relevant technical standards, design drawings, technical documents and order contracts, and can only be shipped after passing the inspection
3.2 When there are special requirements, they should be specified in the order contract and should be inspected and supplied in accordance with the specified requirements. 4 Coating
4.1 Except for austenitic stainless steel and copper valves, the non-machined outer surfaces of other metal valves should be painted or coated according to the provisions of the contract.
4.2 The machined outer surface must be coated with an easily removable rust preventive. Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the inner cavity of the valve shall not be painted, but anti-rust measures shall be taken.
5 Marking
5.1 The valve should have clear markings and comply with the provisions of GB/T12220. 5.2 The sign should be firmly fixed on a conspicuous part of the valve. Its content must be complete and correct and comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. Its material should be made of stainless steel, paving alloy or aluminum alloy. 6 Shipping
6.1 After the valve passes the test, the oil and dirt on the surface should be cleaned, and the residual test medium should be removed from the inner cavity. 6.2 When the valve leaves the factory, the opening and closing parts of the ball valve and plug valve should be in the open position, the butterfly plate of the non-metallic elastic material sealing butterfly should be opened 4\~5°, the opening and closing parts of the check valve should be fixed in the closed position, and the opening and closing parts of other valves should be in the closed position. 6.3 The flange sealing surfaces, welding ends, threaded ends and inner cavity of the valve should be protected by end caps, etc., and should be easy to install and disassemble. Approved by the National Machinery Industry Association on July 12, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000
6.4 The exposed part of the valve stem should be protected. JB/T 7928—1999
6.5 The valve should be equipped with non-corrosive packing that meets the requirements of use. 6.6 Except as specified in the contract, the valve should be packaged and shipped. The packaging of the valve should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 6.7 The valve should be accompanied by a product certificate, product manual and packing list when leaving the factory. 6.7.1 The product certificate shall include the following contents: a) Manufacturer name and date of manufacture: b) Product name, model; d) Nominal pressure, nominal diameter, applicable medium and temperature; e) Inspection conclusion and inspection date of the standard; f) Signature and seal of the inspector and the person in charge of the inspection. 6.7.2 The product manual shall include the following contents: a) Manufacturer name: b) Purpose and main performance specifications; c) Function source and structure description; d) Structural drawing with main external dimensions and connection dimensions; e) Materials of main parts; f) Precautions for maintenance, care, installation and use; g) Possible faults and elimination methods. 6.7.3 The product packing list should include the following: a) Order contract number:
b) Manufacturer name and date of manufacture:
c) Product name, model and nominal diameter; d) Product quantity and quality;
e) Name and number of accompanying documents.
The product packing list should be stamped with the seal of the manufacturer's responsible packing inspector and the inspection date. 7 Storage and quality assurance
7.1 Valves should be stored in a dry room and stacked neatly. Open-air storage is not allowed to prevent damage and corrosion. 7.2 Within 18 months from the date of valve delivery, under the normal operating conditions specified in the product manual, the manufacturer shall be responsible for free repair or replacement of parts or the entire product for damage caused by material defects, manufacturing quality, design, etc. 3.42
