4.11 The materials of high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure pressure-bearing parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T694.12 The main parts of the cleaning machine shall not have cracks, indentations and impurities that affect the quality, and the friction surface and sealing surface shall not have friction holes, bumps and other defects that affect the quality4.13 After heat treatment of the working surface, the surface hardness shall not be less than 45I1RC4.14 All parts shall be inspected and qualified before installation. 5.1 Test assembly
5.1.1 General requirements
5.1.1.1 The pressure allowed to be borne by the discharge pipe [high pressure hose or other high pressure pipe 1, pipe joints and high pressure valves used in the device shall be compatible with the maximum discharge pressure of the tested product.

5.1.1.3 The test medium is clean water at 5-60℃. If there are special requirements for the test medium, a separate agreement shall be made. 5.1.1 The schematic diagram of the test device is shown in Appendix B (see Appendix). 5.2 Parameters and flow rate measuring instruments 5.2.1 Flow rate 5.2.1.1 Flow rate measurement shall be carried out by volumetric method and gravimetric method. 5.2.1.2 When the volumetric method (i.e. measuring the time required to discharge a certain volume) is used to measure the flow rate, the container shall have a relative limit error of no more than 0.5% of the calibration limit of the instrument, and the measured liquid level shall be at least 200 mm. 5.2.1.3 When the flow rate is measured by the volumetric method (i.e. measuring the weight of the discharged body within a certain time period), the sensor of the scale shall be less than 0.5% of the measured weight. 5.2.1.4 When the flow rate is measured by the volumetric method or gravimetric method, the measuring time shall be no less than 1 minute. 5.2.1.5 Time measurement The time measurement shall be replaced by a timing meter or a method of measuring and displaying the pump speed. 5.2.3.1 The temperature of liquid and parts is measured by glass mercury thermometer, thermoelectric regulator, resistance thermometer, semiconductor thermometer, etc., and the limit error is not more than 1.
3.2.3.2 The temperature measurement point should be set at the place with the smallest temperature field disturbance, the best heat transfer and the least heat dissipation. 5.2.3.3 The temperature of the mass transfer panel is measured in the discharge (or suction) pipe of the pump, and the temperature sensing part of the thermometer is completely placed in the medium. 5. 1. 4 Pump speed
5.2.4.1 The pump speed shall be measured by a tachometer, photoelectric tachometer, digital tachometer or other instrument with a stopwatch, and the speed measurement shall be synchronized with the flow rate:
5.7.4.2 The pump speed shall be measured by the following methods: a) Measure the required number of reciprocating strokes in a certain time interval and calculate the average value; b) Measure the motor speed and then convert it into pump speed: The pump speed shall be directly measured.
5.2.4.3 When calculating the pump speed by measuring the required number of reciprocating strokes or speed, the remaining time interval shall be the same as the time interval measured with the flow rate, and shall be synchronized.
5. 2. 5 Power
S.2.5.1 The input power of the pump refers to the power transmitted to the input shaft by the motor. Independent transmission devices (such as reduction gearbox, pulley, reducer, etc.) shall be included in the scope of the cable. Therefore, the output power of the prime mover can be used as the input power of the traction. 5.2.5.2 Electrical measurement method
a) The input power of the scheme should be determined by measuring the input power of the motor with known efficiency equipped with the pump: the motor input power should be measured on the motor line. 5.3.3.1 The performance test of the system is to determine the relationship between flow rate, power, slurry efficiency and discharge pressure, and give a performance curve. 5.3.3.2 The performance test of the pump shall be carried out at the rated system speed, starting with the minimum value of the discharge pressure (the discharge pressure is the first push-out pressure when the discharge valve is fully opened to overcome the resistance of the test system), and the object shall be pressurized to the initial working pressure.
