Use cedarwood as reference substance, dodecanol as internal standard, and acetone as solvent. 5.8.6 Repeatability and result expression Perform according to "Article 114 of ZBY41001. 5.8.7 Establishment of chromatogram This item is for reference only. See Appendix A "Reference" for typical chromatograms. 6 Inspection regulations 6.1 The technical inspection department of the manufacturer is responsible for the inspection of Guizhou cedar oil in China. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a quality certificate. The contents include: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, production date, batch number, net weight, certificate and number of product quality compliance with this standard. 6.2 The acceptance unit has the right to inspect whether the product quality meets the requirements of this standard according to the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules specified in this standard. Each batch number shall be inspected once, and different batch numbers shall be inspected separately. 6.3 Sampling method: Three packaging units below 100 shall be selected for each batch, and 3% more shall be selected for the additional part above 100. Use a sampling tube to extract 50-100ml of oil sample. Mix all the extracted oil samples thoroughly in the mixer, and take 50-100ml of them into two clean and dry glass bottles with frosted stoppers. Indicate on the bottle: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, quantity and sampling date. One bottle is used for inspection, and the other bottle is kept for reference. Note: Under low temperature conditions, cedarwood brain may sometimes precipitate. At this time, the oil sample should be heated to melt and irrigate before sampling, and then the sampling method should be used for sampling. 6.4 If one of the indicators in the acceptance results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the sample can be re-tested from twice the amount of packaging in conjunction with the manufacturer. If the re-test results still show unqualified indicators, the batch of products will be rejected. 6.5 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, they can resolve the dispute by agreement or invite a third party to arbitrate, and the cost shall be borne by the responsible party. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 China Guanzhou Baiben Oil should be packed in dry, clean and odorless galvanized tin barrels. Indicate on the outside: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, net weight, tare weight, factory date and this standard number. The net weight of each barrel of product packaging is 180kg. If the ordering unit has special requirements, it can make another agreement with the manufacturer. 7.2 This product should be stored in a dry and windproof warehouse. Prevent foreign air pollution.
