3.3.1 Each wheel shall be provided with not less than 4 observable marks of residual depth at equal distances, and the wheel diameter code for wheels below 1 is 1.6mm, and the wheel diameter code for wheels 2 and above is 2.0mm. 3.3.2 The mark indicating the position of the mark shall be engraved on both sides of the room. 4 Test methods
4.1 The tear strength and elongation of the outer tire surface rubber shall be sampled according to the provisions of GB/T519 and tested according to GB528. 4.2 The strength of the outer tire surface rubber shall be sampled according to the provisions of GB/T519 and tested according to GB551. 4.3 The wear of the outer tire surface rubber shall be sampled according to the provisions of GB/T519 and tested according to GB/T1689. 4.4 The bonding strength of each component of the outer tire shall be sampled according to the provisions of GB/515 and tested according to GB/T528. 4.5 The tear strength, elongation and deformation of the tire surface belt shall be sampled according to the provisions of GB/T519 and tested according to GB528.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 The tire shall be inspected by the manufacturer according to this standard. 5.2 The appearance of the belts should be inspected in batches.
5.3 The outer belts of different specifications and levels are all in batches of 12,000 pieces (if more than 12,000 pieces are used as another batch). At least one batch of each batch shall be sampled to inspect the physical and mechanical properties according to the wood standard. If the output within 12 months from the date of production is less than 12,000 pieces, one batch shall also be sampled for the above inspection.
6 Marking and packaging
6.1 Marking
5.1.1 The outer belt of each belt shall be marked with items a)--j), and each belt shall be marked with items ), b) and j). a) Specifications:

For any tire with an inner tread, the inner tube and the outer tube should be placed inside the outer tube when matching, and the inner tube should be filled with appropriate air to make it press against the outer tube, and the above grease should be used according to the special requirements.
