If used in a packaging production line, they shall also meet the process requirements of the production line. 3.3 The wrapping machine should work smoothly, the movements should be coordinated and accurate, and the parts should be firmly installed. 3.4 The electrical control and safety protection mechanism of the wrapping machine should be safe and reliable. The insulation resistance between the live parts and the metal shell of the machine body should not be less than 1MQ. There should be good grounding protection measures. The resistance between the main grounding terminal and any metal parts that may be live due to insulation damage should not be greater than 0.1Q. 3.5 Packaging quality 3.5.1 The surface of the packaged finished product should be smooth and regular, the seal should be firm, the inner end spacing of the opening belt joint should not be greater than 2mm, and the opening should be convenient. The position of the opening belt should comply with the design requirements of the package, and the error should be within the range of ±1.5mm. The finished products should not stick to each other. 3.5.2 The qualified rate of the packaged finished products should not be less than 95%. 3.6 The temperature required for heat sealing should be arbitrarily adjustable within the range of 60-200℃. 3.7 When the heat sealing temperature rises from room temperature (not less than 20℃) to 150℃, the time required should not exceed 25min. 3.8 When the wrapping machine is working normally, the noise is not more than 80dB (A). 3.9 The appearance quality of the wrapping machine shall meet the following requirements: the exposed surface shall be flat and smooth, without obvious unevenness that affects the appearance, and shall be treated with rust prevention; a. The surface of the electroplated parts shall have uniform color and shall not have blistering, delamination, etc.; b. The painted surface shall be flat and smooth, with uniform color, without obvious dirt, sagging, blistering and repair marks, and the average glossiness of the painted surface shall not be less than 75%. c.
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on December 9, 1994 Implemented on October 1, 1995 4 Test method JB/T7544.1-94 4.1 Each wrapping machine shall be tested for idling operation, with a continuous operation time of not less than 1 hour. The operation shall be carried out from low speed to high speed in sequence. At the rated speed, the continuous operation time shall not be less than 0.5 hours. 4.2 Under normal working conditions of the machine, use a stopwatch to test the maximum and minimum packaging speeds of the wrapping machine respectively, which shall meet the requirements of Article 3.2. 4.3 Physical packaging test After adjusting the machine under normal working conditions, perform physical packaging at three different speeds, pack 50 packages at the lowest speed, pack 200 packages at the medium speed, and pack 50 packages at the rated speed (when packaging at three speeds, it is allowed to be carried out intermittently, but not less than 10 packages each time). The packaging quality and qualified rate of finished packaging products shall meet the requirements of Article 3.5. 4.4 Use a megohmmeter with an accuracy of not less than Class 1 and a ground resistance meter (or multimeter) with an accuracy of not less than Class 1.5 to test the insulation resistance and ground resistance of the wrapping machine in accordance with Chapter 13 of GB5226. The results shall meet the requirements of Article 3.4. Use artificial failure to test the safety protection mechanism. The mechanism should be sensitive and reliable. 4.5 Noise measurement 4.5.1 The test instrument should use the Type I sound level meter specified in GB3785. 4.5.2 There should be no obstacles around the wrapping machine, and the distance from the wall should not be less than 200mm. 4.5.3 Location of microphone measuring point: The height from the ground and the distance from the wrapping machine are 1.5m and 1m respectively, and 4 measuring points are selected along the periphery of the wrapping machine. 4.5.4 The background noise (i.e. the ambient noise when the wrapping machine is not running) should be measured first during measurement, and its location is the same as the noise measurement location of the wrapping machine. If the difference between the background noise sound pressure level and the noise sound pressure level when the wrapping machine is running is less than 3dB (A), the measurement result is invalid; if the difference is less than 10dB (A) and greater than 3dB (A), the noise of each measuring point of the wrapping machine is obtained after correction according to Table 1. Table 1 Ln-Lro In the table: Lp1 Noise sound pressure level when the wrapping machine is running; Lpo—background noise sound pressure level; △Lp—correction value to be subtracted from Lp. The actual noise of each measuring point is calculated as follows: Lp=Lpi-ALp 4.5.5 At the rated working speed, after measuring the noise at the four measuring points of the wrapping machine, the highest value is the noise value of the wrapping machine, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.8. 4.6 The glossiness of the painted surface of the wrapping machine is measured by a photoelectric gloss meter, and its value shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.9c. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Factory inspection Each wrapping machine must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product inspection certificate before it can leave the factory. The factory inspection items are: 3.3, 3.4, 3.5.1, 3.6, 3.9. 5.2 Type inspection 5.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in the following cases: a. Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes, which may affect product performance; 2 When normal production has lasted for one year; When production is resumed after suspension for more than one year; JB/T7544.1-94 When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; e. When the national quality supervision department puts forward the requirement for type inspection. f. Type inspection items are all technical requirements specified in this standard. 5.2.2bZxz.net The wrapping machine for type inspection shall be a product that has passed the factory inspection. 10% of the batch shall be sampled (not less than 2 units). If the inspection result of 5.2.3 is unqualified, double the number of samples shall be sampled for inspection; if it is still unqualified, the batch of products shall be inspected one by one. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage Each wrapping machine shall be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position. The product label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and indicate the following contents: 6.1 Product model and name; Main technical parameters; Manufacture date and factory number; Manufacturer name. 6.2Each wrapping machine shall be packed in a box when leaving the factory. The box shall be firm and reliable and shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. The markings on the box surface shall comply with the provisions of GB191. 6.3 Random supply a.
