Introduction to standards:

This standard replaces GB/T6543-1986 "Corrugated Paper Boxes" and GB/T5033-1985 "Corrugated Paper Boxes for Export Product Packaging". This standard specifies the classification, structural form, requirements, test and inspection methods of single corrugated paper boxes and double corrugated paper boxes for transport packaging (hereinafter referred to as corrugated paper boxes). This standard is applicable to the design, production, manufacturing and inspection of corrugated paper boxes. Other types of corrugated paper boxes can refer to the relevant provisions of this standard. This standard refers to JIS Z1506 "Corrugated Paper Boxes for Transport Packaging". The main changes of this standard compared with GB/T6543-1986 and GB/T5033-1985 are as follows: --- Added normative reference documents; --- This standard divides corrugated paper boxes into two categories and cancels the third category of the original standard. And re-provided the applicable instructions of the two types of corrugated paper boxes and the corresponding corrugated paperboards; --- The requirements for adhesives and flat wires used in the connection of the box bodies were appropriately modified; --- The overlap width and defect requirements when connecting the box bodies were appropriately modified; --- The impact strength test and anti-transfer test in the original standard were cancelled; --- The requirements for pressure test were modified; --- The requirements for the inspection rules of the original standard were modified; --- The requirements for packaging, marking, transportation and storage were modified; --- Appendix C The relationship between the three dimensions was added; --- Appendix D The calculation method of the compressive strength of corrugated paper boxes was modified. 3 Classification
Corrugated paperboard
Corrugated paperboard can be divided into 20 categories according to the different types of corrugated paperboard used, the maximum mass and comprehensive size of the contents, and the storage and transportation environment conditions of the items, as shown in Table 1: Table 1 Types of corrugated paperboard boxes
Single corrugated paperboard box
Double corrugated paperboard box
Maximum weight of contents/kg
Maximum comprehensive
Size/mrt
Comprehensive size refers to the sum of the length, height and width of the paperboard. Class B paperboard boxes are mainly used in relatively bad transportation and circulation environments. 2. The shrinkage should be in a good circulation environment. 1.

4 Basic box type and code
Basic type of corrugated box (see Appendix A): According to the different contents, other types of corrugated boxes can also be used. Corrugated boxes can also use partitions, linings, bases and other carton accessories, types and codes (see Appendix 3). The box code of paper box consists of four digits. The first two digits indicate the box type, and the last two digits indicate different carton types in the same type. 4.1 Slotted type (02 type) Usually consists of a piece of paperboard, a bottom and a bottom (called the upper cover) to form a box bottom and a box cover, which are made into a carton by nailing or gluing. The box cover and the bottom are folded when used. 4.2 Set box type (03 type) Paper box consists of several pieces, and the layers, box flow and other parts are separated. Xilanamine-frost-proof, box bottom and other parts are combined to form a carton:

See Appendix,
5.2.3 The dimensional tolerance of corrugated paper boxes is 13II for single corrugated boxes, 5.3 quality and Structure
5.3.1 The carton can be joined by means of adhesive or other methods. The quality of the carton should be uniform, and there should be no adhesive nailing, poor nailing, irregularity, dirt, scars, etc. The above defects are:
5.3.2 The width of the nailing tongue of the carton is 3cm or more for the carton. For double carton, it is 35cm or more. When nailing, the nail line should be no less than 80mm for single nails and no less than 110mm for double nails. Nail along the center line of the overlapped part, and use an oblique nail. Nail (with paper No. 45) or nail, the box should be neatly arranged and evenly arranged, the distance between the head of the nail and the center line of the bottom surface indentation is 3mm ± 3mm: the nailed joints should be nailed and nailed through, and there should be no nails, nails, corners, etc. 5.3.3 The width of the overlapping edge of the paper box joints should not be less than 30mm: the adhesive coating of the adhesive joints should be evenly and fully, without excess adhesive overflow, and the adhesive should be firmly bonded, and at least 70% of the new joints will be damaged when separated. GB/T 6543—2008
5.3.4, The width of the scratch line of the cardboard box shall not exceed 1 mm, the fold line shall be centered, there shall be no cracks or broken lines, and there shall be no extra scratches.
5.3.5 In addition to the cardboard box, the cut parts and the calibration of each box must be straight. When pressing and closing, the cardboard board shall not be broken, and there shall be no obvious defects at the cut part. The width of the tear at the cut end shall not exceed 5 m2. 5.3.6. The printed image shall be clear and the position shall be accurate: According to the requirements, the type, code, production date and manufacturing information of the corrugated paperboard box shall be printed at the appropriate position.
5.3.7 The surface of the corrugated paperboard shall be firm and can withstand multiple tests. After the test in 5.2, there shall be no cracks on the surface layer, and the total length of the cracks in the inner layer shall not exceed 70 mm.
5.3.8 The resistance of corrugated paperboard shall be tested by the method specified in 6.2.3. If its strength value exceeds the specified value, the determination of other parameters can be found in the appendix or determined by the supply and demand parties in cooperation: 5.3.9 The resistance to mechanical impact of the corrugated paperboard shall be determined by the supply and demand parties in consultation based on the nature of its contents, packaging protection methods, etc. The performance of cartons with special requirements (such as moisture-proof, etc.) shall comply with other relevant standards or regulations. 6 Inspection and Test
6.1 Inspection
Inspect the materials, dimensions, quality and structure. They shall meet the relevant provisions of 5.1 to 5.3. 6.2 Test
6.2.1 To measure the inner dimensions, the carton shall be supported and formed, and the length and width of the adjacent edges shall be measured at 90° from the tongue 1 and 50mm from the cover pressure line. The height of the carton shall be measured by the distance between the bottom and the inner cover of the carton. The carton can also be unfolded, and the bent part shall be fully flattened. A heavy object can be pressed on it when it is flattened, and the maximum unfolded dimension shall be measured at the point of the carton. Refer to the method in the Appendix () to convert the inner dimension into the inner dimension according to the relationship between the unfolded dimension and the inner dimension.
6.2.2 The cover of the corrugated paper box is closed first and then reciprocated 180° for 5 times to check whether there are cracks in the outer layer and the outer layer. 6.2.3 The compression resistance of the empty corrugated paper box shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4857.4. The paper box is sealed according to the actual transportation status to be adopted.

Go to 2; The release ratio in the table is only an example. Because the release ratio will be affected by many factors such as equipment, working method, use principle and injection method, the new packaging design should be made and tested. After repeated improvement, the practical release ratio of the carton can be obtained. C.30201 type carton outside size and inside size relationship: IL. + (cardboard thickness × 2)

-compressive strength value, in Newton (V); K·-strength safety factor;
The mass of the other parts of the corrugated paperboard, in grams (kg): H-code commercial strength (generally not higher than 3 000) mm), in units of meters (mm): height of corrugated paper box, in units of meters (min). Strength safety factor K
