4.1.2 Reagents
a: Petroleum mixed xylene (GB3407) or toluene (GB3406) b. Source oil sample: provided by the user, suitable for demulsification and dehydration of this type of demulsifier with a water content of less than 1% or a fresh crude oil emulsion with a water content of more than 20%
C. Standard sample: The production and storage of the standard sample are the same as SY5280. 4.2 Test sequence
4.2.1 Determination of appearance
Take 50ml of the sample and visually observe it in a colorimetric tube. It should be a light brown and transparent liquid without mechanical impurities. 4.2.2 Determination of relative dehydration rate
4.2.2.1 Weigh 500g of crude oil sample on a platform scale, place it in the cup of the mixer, add 500g of water, put the cup in a constant temperature water bath of 50°C, preheat for 1h, take it out and place it on the mixer and stir it at a speed of 4000r/min for 2min to make the oil and water form a uniform emulsion (if fresh source emulsion is used, it can be directly operated according to 4.2.2.2). 4.2.2.2 Use several 100ml stoppered discs, take 80ml of the prepared oil-water emulsion from each, stopper them and preheat them in a water bath at a constant temperature of 55°C for 30min.
4.2.2.3 Use an analytical balance to weigh 3g of the standard sample (accurate to 0.01g), put it into a 100ml volumetric flask, dilute it to the scale with xylene or toluene, shake it to make the standard solution. Prepare the sample solution in the same way. 4.2.2.4 Use a 2ml pipette to draw 1.6ml of the prepared sample and standard solution, and add them to the stoppered measuring cylinder described in 4.2.2.2 respectively. 4.2.2.5 Shake the stoppered measuring cylinder with the standard solution and the sample by hand for 20 times respectively: put it on an electric vibrator, vibrate for 3min, and then put it in a water bath at a constant temperature of 55°C to settle and dehydrate. Read the dehydration volume of the sample and standard at 90ml. 4.2.2.6 Repeat the test. If the relative difference in the dehydration of parallel samples is greater than 10%, the test should be repeated. Take the average value for calculation. 4.2.2.7 Calculate the relative dehydration rate according to formula (1): X =
-X100%0
Where:
V-average value of the dehydration of the sample, m1
. ——Dead mean value of the dehydration of the standard sample, ml. 4.2.3 Determination of active matter
4.2.3.1 Weigh 1.5-2.0g of the sample (accurate to 0.0002g) in a weighing bottle that has been previously dried at 145°C and cooled to room temperature. Slightly open the bottle cap, put it in an oven, bake it at 145°C for 2.5h, take it out, cover the bottle cap tightly, put it in a desiccator, cool it to room temperature, and weigh it to constant weight. 4.2.3.2 Parallel samples shall be made at intervals, and the difference between the parallel samples shall not exceed 2%. The arithmetic mean shall be taken for calculation. 4.2.3.3 The active matter content shall be calculated according to the following formula: C=_m2=m.×100%.wwW.bzxz.Net
Wherein, C-active matter content
m2--the mass of the sample after adding the weighing bottle to the weighing bottle, m1--the mass of the empty weighing bottle, g#
mThe mass of the sample, g.
4.2.4Determination of pH value
According to GB6368. The sample is directly measured. 2
4.2.5Determination of dewatered water
According to SY5280.
4.3Precision requirements
SY 5509--92
Repeated determination under the same conditions, the difference in relative dehydration rate shall not exceed 5%. The results of two repeated determinations of active matter shall not exceed 1.0%. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Products must be inspected by the inspection department before leaving the factory. It should be ensured that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard and be accompanied by an inspection report.
5.2 Users shall inspect products according to this standard. 5.3 Sampling and sampling method: Take an average sample from 10% of the total number of barrels of each batch of products. For small batches, the sampling shall not be less than 3 handles. Use a clean and dry sample tube to take out no less than 100ml of sample from the full liquid level of the finished product barrel and put it into a clean and dry sample bottle with a stopper, mix, cover and seal tightly, and mark the manufacturer, batch number and production date. 5.4 If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of the standard, double sampling should be carried out and re-inspected. If there is still one indicator that does not meet the requirements, the batch of products is unqualified.
5.5 When there is an objection to the color of the effluent, determine the oil content of the effluent. Execute according to the provisions of SY5280. 5.6 According to the needs of users, the measured data of density, flash point, freezing point and kinematic viscosity of this product can be provided irregularly to facilitate the use and storage and transportation safety of users.
5.7 If there is a dispute between the supply and demand parties on the quality of the product, the two parties shall negotiate to resolve it or select a quality arbitration unit for arbitration. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The finished barrels must have a certificate of conformity and be marked with the product name, model, batch number, grade, net weight, trademark, standard number, production date and manufacturer name.
6.2 The product is packaged in clean, dry and sealed containers with a capacity of 200L or 100L. The net weight is 180kg and 90kg respectively. 6.3 The product should be protected from exposure to sunlight and rain during transportation and loading and unloading. 6.4 The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place to prevent water ingress, pay attention to fire prevention and stay away from heat sources. The storage period is one year. Additional remarks:
