HG /T 2871—1997 This standard is a revision of the original GB/T10509-89 "Flexion Test Method for Rubber Shoes". When this standard was revised, the content of the principle was added, and the test results and test report contents were also partially revised. From the date of implementation of this standard, the original GB/T 1050F-89 will be abolished. This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Shanghai Rubber Shoes Research Institute. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Rubber Shoes Research Institute, and the main drafters of this standard are: Xie Beiqian and Chen Lishan. ICS61.060 Record No. 443—1997 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Test Method for Flexion of Whole Rubber Shoes Determination of Flex Resistance of Whale Rubber Shoes Scope This standard specifies the determination of flex resistance of whale rubber shoes with the whole shoe and the outer sole as the specimen. HG/T 2871 —199% This standard is applicable to the determination of the performance of whole rubber shoes and rubber-plastic shoes, and is also used for the determination of the performance of rubber and rubber-plastic soles (unit soles). 2 Reference Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards: GB 2941-91 Standard temperature, humidity and time for environmental conditioning and testing of rubber specimens (cqIS0 471: 1983, ISO 1826: 1981) 3 Principle During the reciprocating bending process, under the action of continuous tensile pressure, the rubber shoes will have cracks and the cracks will grow, and the cracks will be torn off. This test method is based on this principle. The whole shoe or the outer sole is fixed on a foldable board. On the folding test machine, the whole shoe or the outer sole is bent at a specified angle and frequency. When the bending reaches a certain value, the change is observed. 4 Test Instruments 4.1 Folding Test Machine The structure and installation diagram of the folding test machine are shown in Figures 1 and 2. The foldable angle of the wood sandalwood is 45 degrees. The sole should be half a size smaller than the sample shoe. 4.3 Vernier caliper, graduation is 0.02mm, 5 Samples 5.1 Each group of samples shall not be less than one pair of shoes (or outsoles) 5.2 The adjustment of the samples before the test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 2941. 6 Test conditions 6.1 The flexion angle is 45°C 6.2 The flexion frequency is 250r/min 6. 3 Test temperature 23°C ±2 7 Test steps 7.1 Put the rubber shoes and rubber-plastic shoes on the foldable wood. 7.2 Clamp the outer sole of the rubber shoes on the clamp upwards. The metatarsophalangeal joint flexion part of the outer sole coincides with the movable axis of the clamp. 7.3 Adjust the eccentricity of the testing machine to make the flexion angle reach 45 degrees. 7.4 Before the test, adjust the counter to zero, adjust the flexion times selection switch to the required value, turn on the blower, and then start the main machine to adjust the flexion frequency to 250r/min. 7.5 The test must be carried out continuously. After the predetermined flexion value is reached and the machine stops automatically, observe whether the sample has defects. 8 Test results Result 8.1 If one of the samples in a pair of samples has a crack, or cracks or debonding occur between the bonded parts, the group of samples shall be treated as cracked. 8.2 The deflection value of the whole shoe shall be expressed in times, and the length of the crack shall be expressed in mm, accurate to one decimal place. 9 Test report The test report shall include the following contents: Sample name and number; Sample condition, deflection angle, deflection frequency; test room temperature and humidity: Test method (method standard number adopted); Test results; Test date; Tester, reviewer, Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
