JB20014-2004| |tt||Foreword
This standard is based on (Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs) and GB/T1.1-2000 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Standard Structure and Writing Rules", GB/T1. 2-2002 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 2: Methods for Determining the Content of Normative Technical Elements in Standards" revised the "Medicinal Boiling Granulator" and made the following major changes to the relevant technical content in this standard. : a) The model marking has been modified according to the requirements of YY/T0216 "Method for Comprehensive Control of Pharmaceutical Machinery Product Models". b) The quoted standard has been modified
c) Due to the different specific gravity of various materials, the production capacity in the product model is specified as the batch feeding amount of blank particles. d) For the sealing performance of the no-load test equipment, the original standard method of measuring the static pressure value at the air inlet has a certain error. This time modifications were made when revising this standard.
The material yield test stipulates in detail the standard materials, rated feeding amount and a certain proportion of the formula for the blank particle test. Finally, the yield rate is calculated by the formula.
f) Granular finished product content test, which uses a standard sieve to determine the quality of fine powder and then uses a formula to calculate the final granular finished product content. g) Added the contents of factory inspection and type inspection and the determination rules of product inspection. h) Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix. This standard is proposed by China Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by: Shanghai Far East Pharmaceutical Machinery Factory. The main contributors to this standard are Lin Xiaohua and Zhang Guoxiong. Previous releases of this standard: The first release was CB12254-1990 (Note: This standard was announced in 1992 by the former State Administration of Technical Supervision in the "National Standards Cleanup and Rectification Announcement (1)" and adjusted to an industry standard). 1 Scope
