Directory Download the test sample HTTP/BIAOZHUN: YS168.COM6.3.4 Test steps
a) Visually observe the original according to the requirements of 6.3.3 to determine whether the hidden warning text or image on the original can be identified. The observation time for each sample under test is 3s. b) Prepare a copy of the original.
c) Visually observe the copy according to the requirements of 6.3.3 to determine whether visually identifiable warning text or image appears on the copy. The observation time for each sample under test is 3s. 6.4 Anti-copying technology products with Class III anti-copying effect 6.4.1 Principle
An anti-copy test sample with Class II anti-copy effect is prepared. The test sample is distributed with multiple rows of E-shaped sight marks of different sizes, different opening directions, and the same size in the same row. All E-shaped sight marks have been anti-copy treated. A copy is prepared with the anti-copy test sample as the original. The tester visually identifies the opening direction of each sight mark in each row of E-shaped sight marks on the copy at an appropriate detection distance and a certain detection environment. If the number of E-shaped sight marks that can correctly identify the opening direction in a row is not less than a certain number, then the E-shaped sight marks of the row size are considered to be identifiable, otherwise they are considered to be unidentifiable. The larger the E-shaped sight marks that cannot be correctly identified on the copy, the better the anti-copy effect of the original.
Testers with different vision use different detection distances. The tester determines the tester's detection distance by visually identifying all 10 E-shaped sight marks in the smallest row of the anti-copy test sample. 6.4.2 Method for making anti-copy test samples
The structure of the E-shaped sight mark in the anti-copy test sample shall comply with the requirements of Appendix A. Make the anti-copy test sample in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B. Figures B.1, B.2, B.3 and B.4 show four examples of E-shaped sight marks of anti-copy test samples that meet the requirements of a), b), c), d), e), f) and 1) and 2) of h) in Appendix B. Their E-shaped sight marks are arranged in different ways.
GB/T20222—2006
6.4.3 Copying requirements
Copy in accordance with the requirements described in 6.1.
6.4.4 Test requirements
a) The visual acuity or corrected visual acuity of the tester is 1.0~1.5 (International Standard Visual Acuity Chart). The photocopy or anti-copy test sample is placed in an environment with constant illumination. The illumination b)
of each place on the photocopy and anti-copy test sample is 5001x±1001x.
Before visual observation, the eyes should be allowed to adapt to the test environment for more than 5 minutes. After continuous visual inspection for 30 minutes, the eyes should be allowed to rest for 5 minutes before testing again. d)
The detection distance needs to be re-determined every time the detection distance is determined for 1 hour. 6.4.5 Test stepswwW.bzxz.Net
Prepare the anti-copy test sample: Prepare according to 6.4.2. Prepare a photocopy of the anti-copy test sample. b)
Use the smallest row (the seventh row) of the anti-copy test sample's E-shaped sight mark to determine the tester's detection distance: c
Determine the detection distance X from far to near: The tester stands in front of the anti-copy test sample and slowly moves forward from far to the observation distance when he can just visually identify the opening direction of all 10 E-shaped sight marks. The detection is performed 3 times in total, and the detection distances X1, X2, and Xs are obtained respectively; 2) Determine the detection distance Y from near to far: The tester stands in front of the anti-copy test sample and slowly moves backward from near to the observation distance when he can just visually identify all The observation distance of the opening direction of 10 E-shaped sight marks is the detection distance Y. A total of 3 tests are conducted, and the detection distances Y1, Y., and Ys are obtained respectively; 3) Determine the detection distance of the tester: remove one highest value and one lowest value from X, X2, X,, Y., Y,, and Y, and calculate the opening direction of the remaining 3 values to determine the number of E-shaped sight marks that can correctly identify the opening direction in a row. Each copy sample is tested 5 times, and the test results are recorded respectively.
Processing method of the test result: remove one highest value and one lowest value from the test results of a row of E-shaped sight marks, and the arithmetic mean of the remaining 3 values is the number of E-shaped sight marks that can correctly identify the opening direction in this row. f) Determination of the test results: If the number of E-shaped sight marks that can correctly identify the opening direction in a row is greater than or equal to 7, then the E-shaped sight marks of the row size are considered to be identifiable, otherwise they are considered to be unidentifiable. 7 Result evaluation
7.1 Anti-copy technology products with Class I anti-copying effect 7.1.1 Anti-copy technology products that use anti-counterfeiting technology shall determine whether the original and the copy have the declared anti-counterfeiting features according to the determination method specified in the corresponding anti-counterfeiting technology product standards. Only when the copy does not have the anti-counterfeiting features of the original, the anti-copy technology product is considered to have Class I anti-copying effect.
7.1.2 Use special identification instruments to compare and identify the original and the copy. The evaluation method of the identification performance of the special identification instrument shall be carried out in accordance with the special identification instrument product standard. 7.2 Anti-copy technology products with Class II anti-copying effect are considered to meet the requirements if the original and its copy meet the following conditions at the same time: a) The warning text content or image hidden on the original cannot be identified. b) Visually identifiable warning words or images appear on the copy. 7.3 Anti-copying technology products with Class III anti-copying effects use self-visual observation and recognition to evaluate the anti-copying ability of the original.
