4 Technical requirements
JB/T 73141994
4.1 The compound feed processing unit shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The structure of the compound feed processing unit shall ensure that the crushing particle size is adjustable and the working parts are replaceable. 4.3 The quality indicators of the processed compound feed products shall comply with the relevant standards such as GB5915 and GB5916. 4.4 For the unindicated tolerance dimensions of the parts on the drawings, the processed parts shall be manufactured according to the f grade (precision grade) specified in GB/T1804; the non-processed parts shall be manufactured according to the c grade (rough grade)
4.5 The materials of all parts shall comply with national standards or industry standards. 4.6 The surface of the casting shall be flat and smooth, and no cracks and defects such as pores, slag inclusions, and lack of meat that affect the strength are allowed. 4.74
Forgings shall not have flash, burrs, oxide scales, and obvious hammer marks, and defects such as overheating, decarburization, interlayers, and cracks are not allowed. 4.8 Sheet metal parts and cold stamping parts are not allowed to have cracks, wrinkles, flash and obvious hammer marks. 4.9 The machined surface of the machined parts is not allowed to have scars and other mechanical damage. 4.10
Heat-treated parts are not allowed to have defects such as overburning, cracks, decarburization, scarring, etc. Welded parts are not allowed to have defects such as leaking, burning through, incomplete welding, cracks, etc. Welding slag should be cleaned and the weld surface should be flat. The painting of the unit should meet the requirements of NJ/Z3.
Each unit and combined supporting parts of the unit must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the general assembly plant before they can be assembled. All rotating parts and operating parts should be flexible and free of jamming. The bearing room should be clean and add appropriate amount of lubricating grease according to the unit's "Instruction Manual". The crusher, mixer and conveying device should be sealed reliably without powder leakage, material leakage or air leakage. The wiring arrangement in the electrical control cabinet should be neat and clear, the electrical components must be safe and reliable, the metal shell should have a grounding device, and the grinder should have reliable magnetic and other protective devices. All exposed transmission parts and moving parts that may cause harm to the operator should have safety protection devices. The quality of the grinder hammer should meet the requirements of ZBB93019. The grinder screen should meet the requirements of GB3943. Inspection rules
5.1 Before leaving the factory, the product should be tested for 30 minutes of single machine idling, and meet the following requirements: normal and stable operation, flexible and reliable operating device, and no abnormal sound; a.
b. There is no loosening of the connecting parts and fasteners; c. There is no leakage at the sealing parts;
d. The temperature of each bearing shall not be higher than 55℃, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 25℃. 5.2 For batch-produced products, at least 2 units out of every 300 units shall be selected for performance testing according to JB/T7315. And meet the product design requirements. 5.3 The whole machine must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product inspection certificate before it can leave the factory. 5.4 The ordering unit has the right to conduct random inspections on the products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. When the ordering unit conducts random inspections on the product quality, the sampling plan shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. 6 Marking, packaging, storage
6.1 Each unit shall be fixed with a product label in accordance with the provisions of GB/T13306 in a conspicuous place on the vertical (horizontal) drum of the mixer. The main contents are as follows: a. Manufacturer name;
b. Product model and name;
c. Main technical specifications;
d. Factory number;
e. Factory date.
