3.5 The outer edge of the component should be adjusted, but the oil scraper teeth should not be sharp. 3.6 The components shall be marked as per the drawing. 3.7 The components and the matching tensile springs shall be supplied together. 3.8 When the components are operated under the specified conditions of the compressor, and the manufacturing and assembly of the matching springs and the matching parts such as the rods and the like meet the design and drawing requirements, the replacement period shall not be less than 4000h. 4 Inspection rules and test methods 4. The components shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before they can leave the factory. 4.1.1 The external and surface materials of the components shall be inspected separately, and the dimensions and geometric tolerances shall be inspected according to the manufacturing sequence. 4.1.2 The inspection rules and test methods of the mechanical properties of the component materials shall be in accordance with JD/T6431, GB[17 and relevant technical documents.
4.1.3 The inspection of the reading, cylindricity and light leakage length of the inner hole of the component can be carried out by the light leakage method shown in Figure 1. Place the component on the position shown in the figure and check with the naked eye. The light leakage arc length of the inner hole shall not exceed 10% of the theoretical circumference. The outer diameter tolerance of the sample column is (J6 of B/T1801-1979; the roundness tolerance is level 6 of GB/T1184[996: the outer surface roughness is R0.4: the light source is a 40W incandescent lamp. 4. When the user takes a photo to inspect the product quality, the number of inspections shall not exceed 1% of the batch delivery quantity, but shall not be less than 3 pieces; if there is 1 unqualified item in the random inspection results, it shall be doubled for re-inspection.
